This is the third kit I've tried from YouVeda (I previously took My Healthy Body and My Healthy Digestion) and I'm just as happy as ever. I love that all my supplements are in one super convenient pack, and I know that I can always trust the quality. It was important to me at this time to have a good multivitamin AND a probiotic, and My Healthy Body delivers. Not to mention I never have to worry about running out, or buying/opening several different bottles to get all of my vitamins. I love this company and I'll continue to be a patron of YouVeda for a long time. :)

I love this product so far! I've been taking it for 1.5 months and I've seen improvement in my digestion and overall health. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis so making sure I put quality ingredients and products in my body is very crucial. Great effect. No bloating after 2 days only negative point is that it's quite expensive plus delivery costs and Tax to ship to the UK is too much to continue membership.

I would like to know more about the method behind the various products in the digestion packet and why they were chosen, as well as how they are sourced and why they are superior to other supplements in order to buy again vs buying something else cheaper.
YouVeda responded immediately with links to their sources. I know the company is rather new, but I really believe in their transparency and what they are working to do and their passion for creating a holistic health approach. The ease of having everything I need in one packet is great, no opening a ton of bottles to take various vitamins and supplements. I would like to try their other products in the future.
