A few months ago I tried out Youveda’s digestion pack and for the first time in 5 years my digestion was back on track. Then I went about 3 months without taking Youveda and I noticed my digestion starting to enter turmoil again… I’m 2 or so weeks into a new month with Youveda again and my digestion is starting to normalize for me! I need to stay with it for longer than a month at time, but so far I’m seeing a really great pattern. Will definitely take this for the month after this and reassess. So far though, I love it.
