I have been taking this product for about two weeks now and I feel amazing. I have found myself to be less irritable throughout the day. I have been able to wake up easier in the mornings and I’m not sure if it due to My Helathy Mood or not but nothing else has changed for me so I’m gonna say yes! I will be reordering for sure!

I love the digestion formula so far. I am gluten intolerant and I have not had any issues since trying this formula. I was telling my husband that it makes me want to sneak a piece of cake and see what happens! I have seen an increase in energy, fewer breakouts and my tummy troubles have disappeared. My only suggestion would be to make it completely gluten free!

The supplements are of good quality, but I have not yet had any notable benefit from them. I'm going to continue to try them for another 2 months, but thus far I have not had any improvement in my joint heath due to taking them as directed.

My Healthy Mood has been life altering in the best way possible. I began noticing an increase in energy, alertness, mental capacity, patience and calm within three days - and this has only increased as time goes on. I am in love with My Healthy Mood.
I noticed the difference three weeks into taking the product. It suddenly occurred to me that on the drive home from work I was not tired, my mind was clear and I was not thinking about having my 3pm coffee hit!
I struggled to sleep and get out of bed each morning and was constantly exhausted in my mind and body throughout the day.
It isn’t the case now, I am getting out of bed ready to move and my brain fog is non existent now.
I highly recommend giving My Healthy Mood a go!!

I have been taking My Healthy Mood for a few weeks now, and so far I love it! It’s so much easier to have all of my supplements in one convenient package.
