Thank you guys for the quick response on the old site shutting down and processing the new order!!!! Always top notch service!!!!

I enjoy working with the team at a. ATB. The bike is a well built

Pretty straight forward transaction. I spoke with the manager and he was very helpful about battery life etc.

This is the second bike I've purchased from your organization and this one is far better than my original! Easier to assemble than before, smoother ride, and the all black is just TOUGH!! Love my Ranger 2.0!!

Fast shipping and friendly customer service

very helpful and knowledgeable!

Awesome bike and couldn't have asked for more. Incredible customer service to boot!

Took a while to get the controller. Have installed it and process was pretty smooth, although you will have to be able to disassemble the bottom bracket to install the new cadence sensor! Also the screws to connect the motor controller to the adapter plate are too short…..need to be -3/4” long. Works as advertised, however waiting for warmer weather to really test the new electronics.

I only needed one of the cranks. He helped me with a used one to save me some money.
Thanks!

I pray all of you are safe and making/made it through the storms without damage.

Excellent bike and customer service

I have purchased 5 bikes from them over the past 5 years their customer serviice is excellent

Seems fine

The new rack fits fine but the first one they sent was for the wrong bike when they had my order for 4 months do better

Outstanding phone and email support

received it quickly. It took care of my no display problem, as old harness was damaged internally Joe

You guys always bat 1000

I’ll start by saying, I have already bought a second one.
First purchase was green deer step thru.
Same purchase for wife with the yellow on second one.
I received my bike a few days ago. Great packaging in shipping box. I was nervous at first with fed ex as carrier. Seems they are more notorious for damaged packages. But all was well.
Upon unboxing the set up/ install of the few items was super easy. Instructions came with, but did not use as the ease of install. Stick a tire on, attach handlebars, put on pedals and you’re ready to go.
Nice metal pedals, love the hand grips, very comfortable, full sus makes it a very nice ride with the fat tires. Is it heavy? Yes. But, the power and pedal assist makes it a great bike to still cruise on or go off road. The weight of the bike disappears, if you need a workout, just use assist level 1, and pedal. Before this purchase I looked at e bikes extensively. For me this one had the beef, comfort, power, motor, and screen I was looking for. There are a lot of e bike options out there. Entire family is hooked now and more e-bikes will be purchased. I could add a lot more or pros and cons between manufacturers and style and all the other stuff. So do yourself a favor magicycle site even makes it nice with the slide scale is this the right bike for your height and fit, etc. Thanks for making it even easier for me to decide. Plus the two year warranty. So much fun. I look forward to riding further and more.

My first E bike has a throttle on the right handlebar similar to almost all motorcycles. It is a twist grip that I think most people would be familiar with. The forest summit uses a thumb accelerator on the left side. While being uncomfortable, it is also extremely touchy when you first depress the thumb button the bike almost pops a wheelie. I’m still trying to find resolution to this. Mountains to Sea did call to try and work me through a resolution with their app. So far, I don’t see any way to change the settings so be careful and wear a helmet because it feels almost dangerous to me.

Very smooth and well built. Can't wait to have more time to ride it.
