Replacement Motor
My motor was actually still working so I only replaced my controller. M2S was cool about it as my bike was under warranty. So they shipped a motor and controller together. This was I only send back the parts I didn't need. So far my bike is working great again!

Replacement Cranksets
The service was great. I requested that I only needed a left crank. Instead was told had to purchase a set. In retrospect I could have purchased a left only myself online. But because M2S doesn't source the parts it was unclear exactly which part for me to order on my own. No big deal, bike is back up and running. Thanks.
