Custom support was helpful they did what they could do
for me since I wasnât close to their shop. My bike wouldnât move and was throwing a 30 code (communication error) they sent me different parts to try out and it was eventually the control unit. I swapped it and the bike works good as new now. I really enjoy the bike I use it for bow hunting and itâs really quite and rugged. Itâs a mechanical piece of equipment so problems of some kind are to be expected. Customer service from my experience was prompt and helpful. As soon as I wrote an email even after business hours they would email me back a response to my issue in as a little as 20-30 minutes. They can walk you through any problem with the bike that you have. They always get you to check simple things like connections or miss adjusted sensors before selling you any parts.

Too legit to quit. Maybe don't take it to a mountain bike park though. Still it can handle trails... first ride and I ran into a Stag, I literally caught up to the thing and it was panting. Not hunting though. Oh and that as a 30 mile ride, battery only went down 3/5

Review:
I currently own 7 ebikes. Ebike #1 was purchased in Oct.2017.
Ebike #3 was my first M2S ebike(a 2018 model). It arrived at my front door on April 30, 2018. It was/is the 26â fat tire dual-suspension KUSH(model-now known as 750FS). It has 23,800 miles.
Ebike #4 is my second M2S ebike (a 2019 model). It arrived at my front door July 11,2019. It was/is the 26â fat tire front suspension (aka a hard tail) R750. It has 15,950 miles.
Ebike #7 is my third M2S wbike. It arrived at my front door October 20, 2023 (18 days ago). It is the 20â fat tire SCOUT CARGO ebike. It has 600 miles. Yes, I do ride my ebikes.
All 3 of these fat tire beasts are equipped with the most excellent (and powerful)750w BAFANG rear hub motor. This motor has remained the same top-quality item for the past 6+ years (in my case). Each of my motors is just as powerful, and dependable, now as they were at mile 1. I could remove the motor core from the 2018 Kush and install it in the 2023 SCOUT CARGO (or vise-versa) and be confident that it would function just fine and dandy. You can't say that about any mid-drive ebike motor unit. Those type motors (mid-drive) continue to evolve at such a rapid rate that it will be difficult to even obtain parts a few years down the road.
My M2S ebikes also utilize the Reention Dorado casing(style) battery. The 2018 and 2019 bikes used a 48volt 16ah unit. The 2023 bike uses a 48volt 20ah unit. And yes, they are all interchangeable.
During the course of the past 6 years, I have learned some very harsh AND VERY EXPENSIVE ebike lessons-- to the tune of about $18,000. Learn from MY mistakes. Of my 7 ebikes, I consider ONLY these three M2S beasts to be worthy of the $$$ spent on them. When talking to potential ebike users/owners, I recommend ONLY the M2S brand of ebikes.
Unfortunately, there are over 100 different companies selling ebikes nowadays- NOT a good thing. Here Today. Gone Tomorrow. Service after the sale?? FORGET ABOUT IT. You will be on your own. M2S, on the other hand.....
In closing: I am 72 years old. Those of you who are of a certain age will know what I mean when I say that I consider M2S to be to ebikes what the âVOLVOâ brand is to automobiles: The Very Best.. Quality.. Dependability.. Stealth.. Under The Radar.. Service that stands above the rest.. You will NOT regret buying an M2S ebike. Period..
Finally, in regards to the SCOUT CARGO: It's a real hoot. I am converting it into a âmini-Suburbanâ. I'm gonna carry all kinds of crap on it. Just because I can. Too much fun.

All Terrain Stealth HT
I purchased this bike back in December of 2021, have 3,700 miles on it, and have been very happy with my purchase.
For a longer review, you can keep reading. My first decent bike I purchased was in 2005, a hard tail with a 110mm Rockshox fork. I used it for commuting and weekend trails. Based on the odometer I put around 8,000 miles on this bike. Then in 2012 I added to my collection with a road bike, Cannondale CAAD 10. I transitioned to mainly road biking at that time, doing a dozen or so 100 mile rides with friends. Based on this odometer I put around 12,000 miles on this bike, using it to commute to work almost daily. I had a trailer which I would use when commuting. After several years I moved and got back into mountain biking, and in 2019 I purchased an enduro mid drive electric bike. Initially I used this bike only on trails for the weekend and kept using my road bike to commute. However as days got longer at work, and hills got steeper as I got older, I started using the electric bike all the time. Unfortunately I quickly learned that wear happens very quickly on a mountain bike when you use it for the road. After having to replace tires every 500 miles, going through chain and gear sprockets, and having to get a suspension tune up sooner than expected, I wanted my first real commuter bike. I researched for quite some time as I wanted a bike that I could use all year, and I live in a place that snows every winter.
The point of all the previous bike information is that I have experience with both electric and non electric bikes. I'm by no means a professional biker, but I definitely bike more than the average person, at least here in the States. As previously stated, I'm getting older so I wanted something with comfort, and something that I didn't need to replace parts on frequently like I was having to do with my enduro bike. Thus an electric hub drive e-bike seemed like a reasonable choice. I was torn between the M2S and RadRover bikes, but ultimately went with the M2S as it had the rear rack and fenders already with the purchase. The battery had less capacity but my commute is only 10 miles a day round trip, so I went with the M2S. Additionally the M2S had the option to increase the speed limit where the RadRover did not based on reviews.
Now about the bike. It was shipped without any issues, and assembly was easy, but again I do have some experience with bikes. I added panniers, and put my bike light from my other bike on this bike as I found the light that came with it inadequate when it is completely dark (I sometimes forget to bring this light with me and only have the light that came with the bike which gets me home, but doesn't feel safe). Otherwise I have done nothing else to the bike other than normal maintenance and changed the tires, until a month ago. I rode to work without an issue, then when I went to go home it wouldn't turn on. I contacted M2S and they said my computer module needed a firmware update. So I sent it to them, and about a week later got it back and my bike is working again. This has been my only issue with the bike. My typical commute is 10 miles a day, but I had to move recently and it is about 15 miles a day now. There are definitely some hills as I live in Virginia but nothing too crazy. If I forget to charge the bike one day, I can make it about 30 miles on a single charge doing about 20mph the whole time. Some of my commute is on streets that are 25mph and there is no bike lane. So I bump the limited to 25mph to stay up with traffic for about a mile. It will definitely go faster than this, but the gears on the bike don't really allow for it unless you pedal like crazy. Last year I rode this bike every day to work, except for may a total of 10 days due to horrible snow or rain. I have definitely ridden in the snow and rain, but I try to avoid extreme weather.
Bottom line: If you commute less than 25 miles a day, can cruise safely at 20mph or less, and you want the comfort and grip of a fat tire, this is a good purchase. I have ridden it on trails and will say, it is a better commuter than a trail bike other than gravel roads. If I could only have one of my 4 bikes, this would be it as it commutes so well, and is my main need for a bike right now.
Pros: Comfortable, stable, increased grip from the fat tires so does better in slick conditions compared to other bikes but still has its limits, hub drive saves on wear for the rest of the components, power and battery range is adequate for most riders, speed is great for keeping up with traffic, added weight is helpful for windy days, panniers are so much nicer than a trailer, and so far very reliable after 3700 miles.
Cons: Added weight wears on tires (first pair only lasted 1500 miles but I got a high milage tire and so far no issue other than they are not for the gravel at all), brakes are adequate but could be better (might need to replace the pads soon), the hub drive and panniers offset the weight to the rear making it not an ideal trail bike, light could be brighter (just add a second light), so heavy when your battery dies, motor (or maybe battery) will overheat if you cruise at 25mph for longer than 10 minutes (happened to me twice now so I don't do it anymore, but the computer shuts everything off so you don't break the bike), and finally the seat could be better (maybe give an option for a male or female seat).
Mid vs Hub Drive: If you commute and put a lot of miles on your bike, get the hub drive. I can't stress how nice it is that it saves wear on the components. Additionally if your chain falls off you can throttle yourself to safety until you can put it back on. If you need to climb steep hills frequently, the mid drive is superior but this comes at the cost of wear on components, Same for jumps, the hub drive is just terrible at it due to the offset of the weight. Also, if you get a flat on the rear tire, a hub drive is harder to change out a flat.
E-bike vs regular bike: There will always be people that hate e-bikes which is unfortunate. That said, I am not one of them and don't know if I will ever not have an e-bike as a commuter. You can ride to work without getting sweaty, and you can make the ride as hard as you want going home. I work at a job where I am on my feet 4-8 hours a day. When my day ends I'm exhausted and most days would not be able to make a bike ride home. The e-bike allows me to continue to enjoy biking, and actually makes it feasible. I still own an 18 year old car because of this bike which also saves me money. Why would anyone hate that?
