Very much appreciate the professional manner in which the technician on the phone figured out the part correctly and had it on a UPS truck in 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. Installed and riding again by Tuesday !

Cadence Sensor
A thick, jagged branch got caught underneath with the bike up a little and ripped out the wires to that little rectangle device for pedal assist.
The park came quickly. Everything went well. Thank you so much now I need some more parts.

Customer service has been great. An inner tube blew out during initial assembly and a replacement tube was sent immediately. Also had some technical questions on changing the the electrical display from metric to imperial and they were addressed quickly.
Have only ridden a few miles and so far very happy with performance on country roads and woodland trails. Very seldom had to go above level 2 for easy pedaling.
Only minor issue is that since is apparently a rather new model, an owners manual was not yet available.

All Terrain Ultra FS
Website said it would ship within a month. Took over two. I bought it with a hunting trip in mind and ended up not getting the bike in time. They overpromise and underdeliver. I was obviously very bummed.

Hey Matt, I'm really sorry to hear that this was a bad experience for you and I hate that the timing didn't align with your trip. Let us know what we can do to make it right.

Quality Issues

TrailSport HT Stealth
The bike arrived with parts unattached that weren’t covered in the installation videos. After light use, some bolts came loose that have never appeared to be fully tightened, including the kickstand bolt that almost caused serious injury.

I bought my bike at M2s because of the positive responses and the quality parts they use when building their bikes. I also found them to be very responsive to questions I had.

Recently bought the M2S All Terrain FS for hunting. Love the bike so far. Added gun/bow holders and a trailer hitch to pull my deer cart. Had a small issue with a part which was resolved quickly and new part received with simple replacement instructions. Wished I would have gotten this bike sooner!

Purchased my Summit online and picked up in person. Both experiences were very professional, Regis handled my purchase and Shawn the in person pickup. Both were very helpful with my questions and made me feel very good about my choice in bikes. I have been riding every day and enjoy it more each day.
Thanks to the M2S crew!

Very happy with the bike so far. M2S was good to work with, and the bike was easy to set-up. I tested a few other e-bikes, but they were more expensive and didn't have the all-terrain features. Glad I chose M2S.

This is my second bike from M2S Bikes. My first has been great. I ordered this for the full suspension. It really softens the bumps on the trails and is a blast to ride.
