For 94 dollars I thought the quality and durability of this rack was poor. Its very small and doesnt seem like its going to hold much.

Well engineered! This bike does everything I need. Battery is getting a bit weak after two years.

This all started with a neighbor that owns 4- m2s e-bikes . I decided to order one . Very easy and the staff is totally awesome!! I couldn’t believe that I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and received it on Friday the same week. Wow!! Also a great shipping company that communicated with me asking a time of delivery and letting me know when it should arrive. I am mediately opened up the box made sure everything was there that I knew of and started to build it . Extremely simple basically the handlebars ,the front tire , and the pedals. I made sure every single other screw was tight and that all took about an hour. I immediately put the batterie on charge. It must’ve been about half full so it charged in a few hours and I immediately slipped the battery in and took off for my maiden voyage. Extremely impressive. I rode 19 miles with an average speed of 20 miles an hour. I stayed in 10th gear the entire time and was pushing pretty hard. I took it to some extremely long hills up and down all on the road. Can’t wait to do some trails !! Surprisingly the battery level is at exactly 50% right now . After a full blast trip . Very impressive!! My e-bike is a forest ridge( FS ) I have made a few calls to m2s if they answer it’s awesome. If they don’t I get a call back in a few minutes or a few hours which to me is as perfect as possible!! I can’t say enough great things about these guys !!

Love this bike! I have had it for about 3 weeks and have put over 100 miles on it. Very comfortable and sturdy. Love the color and all the extras that came with it. It is fantastic!

Having never ridden an E-bike and obviously never buying one, having a local shop to go to and actually learn about the bikes and being able to test ride a few was awesome. Thanks Sean your the man

it was a step thru with 27.5" rims and 3" tires. ALL GOOD except the battery charger overheats after 30 minutes and quits charging !

Title: Terrible Quality and Nonexistent Warranty Support – Avoid M2S!

I am compelled to share my incredibly disappointing experience with M2S, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others considering their products. In one word: AVOID.

I purchased an electric bike from M2S with the expectation of a reliable and quality product. What I received was a nightmare from the get-go. The bike's supposed "mountain to sea" capabilities were a far cry from reality. Even on simple paved roads, the defects in this bike's quality became glaringly obvious.

From the very beginning, I faced issues. Flat tires plagued me relentlessly, rendering the bike almost unusable. What's worse, M2S simply shrugged off their responsibility, blaming the tire treads and refusing any assistance. It's clear they have no interest in standing behind their product's quality.

The brakes followed suit, failing within a mere 60 days. When I sought support, M2S's response was nothing short of an insult. They waved away my concerns as mere "wear and tear," denying coverage and leaving me to deal with the consequences.

The suspension system, touted as a feature, was a cruel joke. It was so low that the bike scraped the ground, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable riding experience. Despite being well within the warranty period, M2S's excuses flowed once more, blaming "wear and tear" rather than addressing the glaring design flaw.

To top off this miserable experience, M2S sent me the wrong replacement tire, and they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Not only did I have to deal with incorrect parts, but I also had to pay for their blunder. Their customer service was not only incompetent but openly dismissive.

Even more astonishing, when my bike's battery died, M2S shockingly claimed that my warranty was voided due to my dispute with American Express. Their lack of accountability and the way they dodge their responsibility is absolutely astounding.

In summary, M2S's quality is abysmal, their warranty support is nonexistent, and their customer service is infuriatingly unhelpful. I would never recommend M2S to anyone. This company's disregard for their customers and their products' quality is nothing short of shameful.

Do yourself a favor and save your money, time, and sanity. Avoid M2S like the plague and look elsewhere for a company that values their customers and offers products of actual quality.

Jeff provided fantastic service in addressing my repair needs, despite my occasional (frequent?) frustrated, snarky comments regarding the process.

First thing, I don’t write reviews but I felt obligated to share my experience with M2S. My father in law and brother in law both bought bikes from M2S a few years ago and I love riding them. They are great quality fat tire bikes. We have used them for hunting trips to carry our gear while hunting the Allegheny National forest. They have also been out west to CO for elk hunting and used the bikes to go places most hunters wouldn’t think of. I decided to look into getting one of my own so I reached out to M2S support with some questions about battery capacity, bike options, etc. The customer service team was very responsive and answered all of my questions within a few hours. They even sent me a link to purchase the extras that for some reason, likely due to user error, I couldn’t find on the website. I made the purchase and received my bike within a week (I confirmed with customer support it was in stock to make sure I didn’t have to wait). Assembling the bike was easy but I did run into a small issue while installing the petals. I thought I was being careful and threading the pedals correctly but I still managed to strip the threads on both the crankset and pedals. The aluminum used for these parts is lightweight which is great but also very easy to shred if you do not have the threads lined up. I would suggest laying the bike on its side or straight up in a bike stand to assist with this installation. Do not force it! There are also left and right pedals so make sure you are installing them on the correct side. I notified M2S of the issue and they shipped me a new crankset and pedals within a few hours(it’s worth mentioning it was at no cost to me). I received them two days later, installed everything carefully this time, and went for my first ride. I can’t say enough about the Support team at M2S, when you spend this much on something, you expect good service but unfortunately that is not often the case. I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness and the overall support provided. They resolved my issue without much anxiety. I admit I was unsure how it was going to go or what it was going to cost to fix so I did have some anxiety before I reached out to them about the issue. I knew the bikes were quality before I made this purchase, having ridden both the mid drive 1500w and the rear hub drive 750w previously. The rear hub drive bike does not have the same torque as its mid drive counterpart however is more than enough to do any type of riding you can think of. You will need to pedal and start in the lowest gear for steep uphill starts, just like you would a normal MTN bike, but it is significantly easier. This shouldn’t shock anyone purchasing the rear hub drive version. It has 80nm of torque vs. 160nm on the mid drive 1500w. If you are looking to do no work and use the throttle or full pedal assist to start on steep inclines, spring for the mid drive model. Having previously mountain biked on a non-powered hard tail Giant, I can confidently say 750w is more than enough to compensate for the increased weight of the bike and additional packed gear when hunting backcountry.

Summary: buy this bike, for the price there is no comparison in power, quality, and customer service. Just be aware that it is not a motorcycle, you will have to do some work on steep inclines. If you don’t want to work, go with the mid drive 1500w model, that thing hauls with whatever you can pack on it, no pedaling required unless you feel like it.

The bike came with a defective display. This seems like it is something that should be checked before shipping. They did eventually send a new one after several days of problem solving to make sure it was actually defective.

This is a beast of a bike. It has the power to get up every hill I’ve thrown at it with ease. Was easy to assemble, has great range (25 amp battery) and speed. M2S customer service is excellent!

The staff that makes M2S work are amazing and genuine.
