the bike is of great quality and durability. however after getting the bike put together I realized the user manual pertains to all makes and models. Isn’t real clear on the operation of this exact bike I purchased. Still trying to figure out how to operate it properly.

it is bigger than it looks everything looks great all I need is weather thats not freezing and wet and ton salt on the road to give a test drive. M2S is great place to deal with the staff is the best. Just hope it`s fast than wife e bike

I ordered my bike on a Tuesday (in Oregon) and had it in my garage by the following Tuesday! The box was in perfect condition and assembly was easy and straightforward. Although it's still winter here and I have not had a chance to thoroughly put it through its paces, I am loving it so far! Power delivery is smooth, shifting is easy & predictable and the ride is great. I did put on a larger, more comfy seat which for an old, "big-boned" guy like me made it just right! Battery life seems very good too. It came with a decent charge and that got me almost 30 miles before I ever put it on the charger. Now, I'm currently on the first "known" full charge and so far, it shows no change after two days of around town riding!

I am getting a tiny bit of rub on the front brake so I will probably have it adjusted at my local bike shop. Folks who have looked at it have given me their approval on styling and "curb appeal!"

I'm headed to Arizona in a couple of weeks to handle logistics and re-supply for my wife who is hiking the 800 mile Arizona Trail so I will get a chance to really get out there and see how it works!

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my R750. Not only did M2S have the best looking Fat Tire ebike they have the best customer service department. I had several questions they answered and always seemed happy to discuss them in detail. Ordered the R750, received it quickly. I LOVE my new bike. Its a blast to ride. I tried to order another right away but due to popular demand they are sold out. Now I'm on the waiting list. Well worth the money. The bike is built well and rides nice.

When I originally received my R750 the kickstand was broken. I immediately notified customer service at M2S and they put a new one in the mail. Received it quickly and after installing I can tell you its a well designed product that is much needed on a heavy ebike.

The last one stopped working at 1300 miles I bought this one and it works great

This bike has exceeded my expectations in the craftsmanship in which it was made. Each time I ride this bike I'm reassured that I made the right decision when I bought it. I'm going to buy another one very soon.

I received my R750 a few weeks ago. It was very easy to finish assembly. The day I got it we had 11 inches of snow (I live in Montana), so didn’t get a chance to ride it until this past weekend. It was nice to have the electric assist, since it was quite windy. I think I will have a lot of fun with the bike.

We have 2 of the 750s and love them, we have a home in Los Barriles Mexico and run all over town and ride the back trails along the coast 20+ miles each way and have battery left over.
The bikes have been flawless and just a blast, best investment we have made on a bike.

Mirror was broken, and needed replacement. Works fine.

I bought two bikes and Eric and all the customer service crew at M2S are text savvy on the bikes, can answer any question, and will promptly bend over backwards to make things right if you have a problem!
