My wife loves the bike. It came almost completely assembled.

So far, so good, but we are in the thick of winter so I haven't had it out as much as I will! The only reason I didn't rate it at a 5 star is because it's SO heavy. Not possible to lift it on to a bike rack, and I will need a ramp to get it in to my VW camper. One other thing, the front light is positioned underneath the basket, and I can see that if I hit a big bump with the shocks engaged, the light might get damaged by hitting the basket above. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to great times ahead!

Great bike - fits my wife well - she is 5'2 and the step-through frame is very comfortable for her. High quality welds on the frame and 20 x 4 inch tires that eat up the gravel and snow. Very happy with this purchase.

I took my bike (A.T. R750) a little too deep in water and it got into the motor (don't do that!) It was still working but, I didn't want any future problems so I called M2S, ordered a new motor and had one in my hand three days later. Quick and easy!

So excited to receive this awesome bike... still a little cold here in the northeast but had the chance to ride along the ocean on two relatively warm winter days... just a little taste of what's to come in the summer months... looking forward to trail riding and taking my lenses along for some awesome photo taking.... After several months of research I decided to purchase an E-Bike. The big hurdle was getting my wife on board as she just bought a new 29er mountain bike. Long story short we bought two All Terrain Ultra HTs.

Why the Ultra HTs? I’m not a hard core bike rider nor is my wife. Just wanted something to ride mostly smooth single track trails and roads where I live in Northern California. This bike had the best components and largest battery of all the bikes I looked at.

Delivery of the bikes: I was a little worried about buying a bike from across the country due to shipping. The bikes showed up about 5 days after I purchased them. When the truck arrived, I noticed one box was completely broke open. Not sure how the bike would be, I had the driver document the damaged package. I have to say after removing the bike from the box, it was so well wrapped that nothing was wrong with the bike and all components were there. The bikes came mostly complete with the exception of mounting the front wheel, handle bars and peddles. One peddle has reverse threads. With a little common sense you can have bike ready to ride in half an hour. The M2S site will walk you through the instructions. I also found YouTube helpful walking you through the display settings as well.

The first ride: I had the opportunity to ride both Hub and Mid Drive motor bikes. This bike performs very well. The Ultra Drive has a lot of torque for climbing hills and is very quiet. I drove down my street and got it up to 32 miles an hour with throttle only. The brakes are very quiet and stop the bike quickly. Suspension air fork absorbs bumps better than the spring fork bike I rode. The tires seem to soak up the bumps as well. Do the research, you won’t find a better bike with these components for a better price. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend these bikes to anyone. I had a bike that needed warranty work. Although it was inconvenient having to deal with a repair, M2S helped me get my bike running and seemed prepared to send me a replacement bike if necessary. I have very little free time. The experience was about as hassle free as I could have hopped.

Great bike. Not my first ebike but is the best one I ever had.You will not go wrong with this bike. All I can say is wow. WW.

My All Terrain 750 came very quickly and I assembled it easily in 25 minutes. But there was no battery in the crate or in the bike, I called M2S and sent an email and they replied quickly and sent me a battery in a couple days, so the service so far is awesome!

Too early for a review at this point - but so far it is doing everything I expected and I am happy with the purchase.

I have had my RT 750 over two weeks and due to my being occupied with other things will have to give my review in phases. First of all it came on the date promised - the freight company kept me informed and made delivery easy. I immediately got it unpacked and all looked well. I did the assembly in stages, ie watch the video and then do a step or two. Had it assembled in no time flat.

Good thing I ordered the step through - I am 80 years old with two bionic artificial hips and no way I can throw my leg up over the seat in normal fashion. As it is, the easiest way for me to mount the bike is lay it on it's side, step across and lift it up. I also have the seat adjusted to it's lowest position. It's been years since I rode a bike but was able to get it going around the neighborhood - I am impressed. So far, so good. Still trying to figure it all out and will give my impression of it in the fields and woods in a few more days.

Killer bike, the over all experience with M2s was excellent, if you have any issues these guys are ready to answer the phone and assist you. Having a blast with this bike every day.

The bike is well made and has worked perfectly so far (only about 3 weeks). As an ex-welder I appreciate the beautiful weld beads on the frame. The battery lasts longer than I do - but I intend to get into better shape this spring. For a 72 year old it's great that I can get just as much exercise as I want. The staff is very helpful and know their products well. So far, I am just using the bike on private roads where the speed limit is 25mph so it's great that I can keep up with traffic with no sweat (or not much anyway). The power is awesome, I can go up any hill and there are lots of steep ones here. I will probably be getting a second set of wheels with 3" tires that are more suited to road use, although the monster 4-1/2 inch tires do OK, just a little noisy at speed. So this is a fine bike at a very reasonable price and I would recommend M2S to anyone.

Ok here’s the truth. I had purchased another ebike on Amazon about the same price, it came in a cardboard box with no padding or protection at all. The derailer and front sprocket tore through the box and was damaged I had nothing but problems so I got a refund and purchased my M2S wow! It came very nicely packaged with absolutely no damage. The bike is excellent, much smoother ride, excellent fit and finish, much better monitor, I couldn’t be happier! We’ll done and my hats off to the folks at M2S for a great bike!

Wasn’t sure what to expect with an ebike however I am pleasantly surprised!! Had a bike shop build it for me walked to the shop to pick it up and ride it home. The guys at the shop were super impressed at how fast it accelerated and how much fun it was to ride. I have to say ditto!! My ride home was great! I recently completed the Iowa RAGBRAI 2019, did 466.1 miles on a road bike it was fun and grueling as hell...I saw riders with ebikes and they would breeze on by...gotta tell ya at 51 next RAGBRAI I do will be with a M2S ebike! Only issue I had was the phone mount I ordered was for an iPhone 5 apparently....I need to contact customer service to send it back as I have the iPhone 11Max Pro and this case they sent is too small....but the bike is BADASS!!!!

Awesome bike! I have ridden over 20 miles and I really enjoy the bike.
