I did a lot of research before purchase. I had it down to a Quiet Kat Ranger or this M2S. I'm certain I made the right choice.

Pro's:
Lightning fast ship - bike arrived in 2 days
Extremely well packaged - bike & box arrived in perfect condition
Easy assembly - done in 10 minutes (not sure why it would take anyone 45 or longer-maybe they were just being extra careful) - connect handlebars, pop on front wheel, attach front fender - done
Battery - comes fully charged, which is nice.
Smooth power and lots of it - I'm 210 pounds and it got me up steep inclines with very little assistance, at only Level 2. In fact, it felt like I was hardly pedaling at all. Wow.
Stable ride - on hard packed snow, it never spun a wheel. In fact, I could only get it to slide a little when by jamming both brakes and locking them up. Very impressed by its road grip.
Nice features not on other bikes I researched: Lights (front and back), rear carrying rack and most of all, the front wheel release (if buying an ebike, I recommend one with this feature, if you plan on trying to load it inside a car/SUV).
This bike is big and long. Fully assembled, it looks more like a dirt bike, than a mountain bike. It's a head turner, for sure.

Cons:
Not really a con, but something to consider, as noted by others...I'm 5'10", bought the "medium" bike and cannot flat foot at rest. If you're shorter or that's a concern, maybe consider a step-through model.

All in all, a fantastic bike at a fantastic price. Glad I did enough research to find this manufacturer, I would have spent much more for the QuietKat, with far less features.

It's a great ebike for pavement, goes at warp speed. By clicking up 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 it will climb most mountain grades on highway 395. But, at levels 4 and 5 the range is way down. It requires level 3 going uphill to equal the pedal pressure pressure while riding a leg power mountain bike. The huge 44 teeth chainring and the 11-34 chainring severely limit the bikes mountain climbing capabilities. In fact, at levels 1,2,3 the uphill cadence is so slow that the motor cuts in and out twice on each crank revolution, causing the bike to lurch forward and backward. So, if you intent is to go offroad in mountainous terrain the bike is a lead sled, unusable, geared way to high. At 72 lbs+ its a no no on technical terrain anyway. Bottom line, it's a great San Diego city bike; but completely out of its league here in the Easter Sierra.

Haven't ridden much but so far so good. Carefully read the measurements on the step through frame. It seems much smaller than others and is hard to step through with bum knees

Very happy with my purchase. Took a few weeks to arrive, but I knew that before purchase. The brake pads needing a little tweak after assembly. Bike was packed well. I have been loving running around town on this bike. I have no trouble getting over 25 mph. It's been a blast. For those getting a ulock, get a large one to fit around tire and frame. I wish the bike came with the 850c lcd display. I have no regrets with my purchase. Thank you M2S. One suggestion, start an online forum on your website to discuss upgrade, pics and issues! This would add value to buyers and will keep people coming to your website.

Sick bike. I live in Alaska and it's been getting to -5 degrees F, but it still keeps pushing. I just don't leave the battery out in the cold and it functions well.

The bike arrived on time and was fairly easy to assemble. It runs well and has a lot of power. The rear hub motor could be smoother and quieter, although time will tell as to whether this will be a long term problem. Overall I am very happy with the e-bike.

Bike arrived in one week damage free. Easy assembly, no issues. Beautiful, solidly built and fast! Owner's manual leaves a lot to be desired. But the bike is amazing, luvin it

Bikes and service from M2S bikes is over the top great !! Bikes were fun in the sand and in the snow riding around Lake Tahoe CA.

I wasn’t ready to leave a review yet and most times I don’t give reviews but when M2S sent a email asking to leave a review decide to. I am happy with my purchase of an All Terrain ULTRA HT. I live in MN and right now we have any where from six inches to few feet deep of snow on the ground. So I had to take it out and see what it could do after I got it assembled. There was a crust on top of most of the snow so I could ride on top of it with no problem. But ever now and then you would break through and the snow would be that deep you could paddle because the snow was over the paddles. At that time I just used the throttle and most times it would just power me out no problems. I was very impressed and satisfied with how it has been riding and handles so far.
The reason for my four star rating is because my model of bike dose not have any direction for anything on it. When I sent an email to Shaughn asking a question about direction on this model of bike he told me to look at some other model that the frame was an independent suspension, nothing close to my bike. I did have other questions on other things also. He did say he hopes to get something on this model of bike soon. I just think it is very poor when you spend $2500. on a piece of equipment and there isn’t NO direction on anything. So after my complaining they did send me a attachment on how the monitor worked, so know it did tell me where the on bottom was. MY last bike I purchased was in the seventies and it didn’t even have a quick release front tire. So direction sure would have been nice, especially when anyone from there company could have spent forty-five minutes on a youtube video, and told me everything I possibility would want to know.
Other wise my order time to delivery was very quick, bike came undamaged but box had a rough trip. Assembly wasn’t real hard (even without direction) with some mechanical arability. All I needed to install were two paddles the handle bars and front tire. When I took it for my test drive the front left break didn’t disconnect the power to the drive. In one of the many video’s of different models of bikes and brands most models talked about the brake disconnecting the power. If there would have been direction it maybe would have explained it was suppose to. But later on I did find a cable connection on the front handle bars that was disconnected.
So I think I do have a great product here but until I get some direction to make sure everything is set properly I will not know. And in M2S purchase agreement they have you agree to, it say print the direction to give to my local bike shop so they know proper settings for my bike.
So maybe should have been a five but would have liked giving a two or three for a good bike that uncompleted because of no direction as of 1/27/2020.

Works great

Excellent bike, everything worked as expected and meets all specs as advertised via 28 MPH etc.. Only suggestions would be sending an owner’s manual handbook like the other companies I have purchased electric bikes from along with seat options from narrow to wide, springs etc. The stock seat is too narrow for a 6’ ft 200 ponder and I changed out the M2S seat For a wider spring loaded seat first day. Also Had to call support first day asking for a video on setting up the Bafang screen via kilometers to miles, time, sport settings etc. Support person was quick to respond and sent me the video... A owners manual could have eliminated the frustration and phone call...Other than that it’s all good...
