I just received this bike and I can’t say enough good things about it. It was packed very well, not a scratch on it! It came about 90% put together and It took me about 30 minutes to finish putting it together. The battery came fully charged to 52 volts. This thing hauls ass! I had it at 31.8 MPH on a flat level road with peddle assist 9. The digital readout is full color and looks amazing. Front and rear lights are connected to the onboard battery and come on automatically in the dark. The hydraulic breaks will stop on a dime. Looking to get the medium size bike for my wife. It only took 3 business days from the time I ordered the bike until it was at my front door. The trucking company called me about 30 minutes prior to arriving.

Fantastic electric bike this far I have only ridin it 11 miles but hopefully everything stays as good as it is now!

All terrain fs max love the mid drive motor no throttle just like riding should be great therapy for knee replacement surgery

My initial reactoon was i love it. Weather not good enough to go where i want to but expecting great things.

Got bike in a good time as far as Christmas time goes. Shocks and tires were low on air. Assumed they would have been set already based on the average person. The speed sensor cord was too short and kept on getting unplugged. The gear shifting seemed a little off. With that said, it seems to be a great bike for the price. Speed sensor problem was an easy fix. The bike is fast! Seems to be a very strong battery. Oh, front light goes on and off, still need to look into it. Overall I'm happy about this bike

i dont know yet its 0 degrees and iam not riding in this weather but i will let you know in spring

Great customer service! We own 2 M2S bikes and love them, I will say the kick stand had to be replaced because i believe it was Chines metal failure. With that said the company is awesome and stands behind everything they sell

I give the bike a 5 star rating. This thing is a lot of fun to ride. I have about 50 miles on it. All my riding has been in the the snow and the bike handles great. I have been riding forest roads in PA. Really makes the PA hills a lot more fun. I am 5’10 and I got a large frame. I can just barely straddle the center bar.

Packing I give 3 stars. While bike was packed well the cable for the front brake was wrapped around the frame several times and I could not put the handle bars on. I had to remove the brake from the front fork in order to untangle the cables which were a jumbled mess. Finally after a bit of frustration I was finally able to get the bars on the bike. Got the bike together fired up the computer and the front light didn’t work. After emailing M2S and checking connections Zack sent me a new light. It came very quickly but it wasn’t the problem. After contacting Zack again he told me how and were to check the main connections in the bottom of the frame and I found that the light wire had pulled apart. I was able to fish the wire back through the frame and we have light.
5 stars for support Zack worked me through fixing the problem.
All in all great bike, brings a big smile to my face when I ride it. I just love everyone’s reaction to it.

Upgrading from a Juiced Rip Current S bike, this bike is much better quality. Ordered this bike 12-15-19 Sunday night at 8pm. It arrived 3 days later on Wednesday, well packed and very quick. I installed the handlebars and front tire, took 5-10 minutes. Took it for a ride and had an issue with the speed sensor cable coming unplugged due to suspension travel. I emailed service and they responded right away with a solution. Great customer support after the sale. I have three rides done so far with about 20 miles on the bike and I am loving it!!!

Tip: I removed the motor cover and used velcro to attach a small "Tile" Bluetooth locator underneath, fits perfectly. Not exactly GPS but better than nothing. Also, I put a fake "tracked by GPS" sticker to possibly deter theft.

So far I love it. It was a Christmas gift from my husband. Looking forward to riding it this spring and summer. Husband put it together in about 20 minutes. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

I love everything about this place. The customer service is exemplary. Representatives are knowledgable and friendly. I felt like they really cared about my choices, and offered suggestions for affordable alternatives. The bike itself is the best thing I have ever done for myself in a LONG time!
