The bike is perfect for what I am using it for. Hunting that is. I would definitely recommend the bike to a friend. Only complaint was it took to long to get delivered. Haha.

This is the first ebike I have ever owned. I got the all terrain 750 to hunt on and so far its been a lot of fun. I have only been able to put 27 miles on it in about three weeks due to work and family life but those 27 miles have been pretty cool. I have to agree with several other reviews on the size of these bikes. I got ahold of M2S and asked which size I would need since I am 6'3. I was told to get the XL and after getting on it for the first time, I coulda made a L work a little better but I am used to the size now. I had a small issue with the motor shutting off and not working. I got ahold the company and they helped me get it figured out pretty quick. Turns out I just had to unplug and plug in the wiring to the motor from the throttle. I give the bike 4 stars for this reason. Even though it wasn't a major problem I figure I will probably have to do this from time to time as the bike gets more miles on it and paying 1,700 for a bike is a pretty good bill in my world to have any kind of problem in the first few miles. All in all its a very fun bike to ride and the customer service has been very satisfactory. I read some reviews where people could not get ahold of anybody but every time I have called I have been able to get my questions and concerns answered quickly. Customer service 5 stars

Can’t do better than M2S bikes. From notification , delivery and product plus support. Totally patient with my installation questions, dumb as they were.

Very happy with the bikes quality. More powerful than I expected,l'm 215 lbs and it pulls up hills easily. My bike arrived a few days early and was in perfect condition. I like the confident off road feel. Best value for the money you will find.

i wish the rims were a solid color , and didn't have the red rubber dots on them , i wish it had a front rack , i wish the handlebars were like the traditional shape , i wish the key would lock the power offand on like conventional keys , i wish you could turn the lights on or off individually, i wish the battery had a carrying handle, the seat could be a lot bigger, it's an off road bike mostly , and "i" think the people that are actually buying this style would enjoy more support when they are sitting on the "seat" i bought the biggest seat i could find and put it on . i'm not huge but i'm 6' 220lbs . and that after market seat feels a lot better ! ! ! 🤩

Great Experience during the process of getting the All Terrain Scout to my house. The delivery took longer than the advertised 2 day delivery but the ease of assembly sure made up for it. Great bike for the price when you compare similar e bikes on the market.

Very happy with my R750. I ridden it to work 4 times getting 40+ miles on the battery. Looking forward to taking it camping in the spring.

Great experience with M2S! Sean and Ryan answered all of my pre-purchase questions. Delivery was super fast at 3 days NC to NJ. If you know your way around a bike assembly is twenty minutes. Battery came fully charged as well.It's a blast to ride. Highly recommended.

I bought the All Terrain R750 Step Through in green for my wife. It came in just a few days and unboxing and assembly took less than 30 minutes. Given the weather we have only taken it out on small rides but it has performed flawlessly. Our area is really hilly and an E-bike is really the only bike we can use. However we bought a bike carrier for the car and plan to take the bike with us on trips. Highly recommend M2S bikes. Can't wait to put it thru a complete day workout!

Love the bike and all that it can do, I hunt off of it and it's faster stronger and quieter than I thought it would be, only thing I wish is that they offered more accessories. Front Rack, something to widen the back rack and possibly a trailer of some sort.

Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. However, I would have given 5 stars if it was about the bike. My problem was with delivery and customer service. Regarding shipping, it arrived at a delivery station 20 minutes from my house very quickly and then sat there for 2.5 days. I called the transfer station on the 3rd day to find out what the hold up was, and they said they were just getting ready to call me to schedule delivery in a 53' foot trailer and I live in a residential area. No way it would have been easy. Plus it would have taken an additional 3 days for it to get here, so I went to pick it up myself. No break in charge for shipping either! Disappointing! Then there was a bolt for the fender, and once assembled, the bolt wasn't long enough to add the washers as instructed, so I called customer service and talked to Riley. Nice guy! He said he would ship me out the correct bolt right away, and it's been about 3 weeks or so and haven't seen it yet. So all in all, nice bike, great people to talk with in customer service but they do not follow through. Maybe it's at the transfer station in another 53' trailer waiting to be delivered? But I do want to stress that I like the bike.
