After an exhaustive search we found M2S to be an incredible value. We also ordered a Ride1Up and an NCM to compare. M2S was the clear winner! We loved it so much we ordered another and are now considering a 3rd.

The bike arrived in good condition and most importantly, on time. It performs well and as expected. The young gentleman I spoke to when I ordered my bike was very helpful, knowledgeable and did everything I asked of him. I have already recommended your bikes and company to several friends. Thanks, it was nice to do business with a business that does what it says it will. Continued success. Rick Burkel

Awesome high quality e-bike. Couldn't find a single bike online to match the quality of m2s bikes for the price. These guys do an excellent job with customer service. Shout out to employee Riley who returned every single phone call of mine and knows what he is talking about. Finally an employee who actually cares to help you. Bike and parts shipped out way faster than I expected.
Thanks to Riley and all employees at m2s.
Will gladly do business again with you guys!

I pre ordered a bike since none were in stock. Was never given an exact date it would ship and ended up getting a call from the freight company before M2S sent me shipping info. Bike showed up in good condition other than one minor rub mark from packaging. M2S took care of it. Directions were horrible, had to find some online. Got it put together and works great. Product is everything I needed it to be. Wish they made a front rack system for it as well.

I would have given the bike a 5 star but the bike came with a bent front crank. Sales sent me a replacement and received in about two days. Could not make the repair myself because it required a special puller to remove the old crank. That cost me $80 additional. The bike is a blast to ride with lots of power for my 6"4', 240 body. Have not had it off road yet but have about 50 miles so far. Will write additional comment after I ride a bit longer and add more miles. It is a great looking bike and appears very well made.

The bike is great really enjoying the ride. The only areas of customer improvement could be accurate delivery times and reasonable delivery fees. Charging a customer over $230 for shipping when the drop ship location is only 20 miles from my home is a bit excessive in my opinion. Also a follow up call or email a few days after delivery would ensure greater customer satisfaction to help identify any issues. I had cosmetic damage to the battery upon delivery.

The only thing that can make the Kush any better is to double its range
