Prompt delivery. Packaged well. Bike as described. Handsome bike that rides well. I am very pleased.

What an AMAZING investment! I carefully researched numerous companies and decided on yours for my purchase. Not only was this decision made because of the specifications, quality product, innovation, and technology, but also because I made contact via email and phone and spoke with your Sales, Support and Marketing Depts. directly and they were so very professional, helpful and courteous. I was very nervous about making this kind of purchase on-line but was reassured many times over that I would be taken care of. Once the R750 arrived I was in awe; it was actually better than I expected! It was complete in every way and it only took a mere 30 minutes to fully assemble and get ready for it's "maiden voyage". I couldn't wait to get on it and explore.
I have been driving it everyday since then in all kinds of conditions so far: rain and wind, but I can't wait to navigate some rougher terrain (snow and such). This will be my "Go-To" transportation everyday (as I don't have a car). I wanted to thank you for this product and the caring people behind the product; this makes a HUGE difference in my eyes!
I'll submit pictures shortly...and more of my Veteran Community is looking to purchase one soon.

Bike was 100% intermittent power off on off on for 3 months. Surprising in backcountry while alone and walking 60# bike uphill 4 miles. Big oopsy. Got a hell of a workout though. My bad for trusting a machine. 750 motor and AllTerrain design. Great bike, great price. These things happen. M2S sent new controller. Took me an hour and a half, only cause I’m clueless. Bike purrs endlessly now, motoring me 25 miles all over Steamboat. I am the happiest 62 year old on the planet. Great guys, great service. Well done gents! Thanks!

Love the bike.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from Shaun

Received bike 4 days after ordering! Bike was well packed and took about a half hour to assemble! Pedals , fender and handle bar, came with tools and was very easy! Battery was charged and ready to go! Wow! What fun! At 64 yrs old I appreciate the assist going uphill to sustain a good cadence! Bike exceeded expectations and fit and finish is excellent! Great value, Customer service was excellent too!

These were such a game changer for our rides. We feel so much safer. Thank you. We LOVE our bikes.

Excellent company to do business with!

Great products and great people.

I put 50+ miles on the bike so far so good great bike.
I do wish it a little more power off road on the steep hills .
It’s mostly a matter of getting used to it

I love the bike. The only "problem" is the owners manual which is not specific (pretty much useless) for this bike. I expected to have a much better manual included for the price of this bike.

Parts came fast It was an easy fix

It was a great bike and it came really quickly.

great ride can handle most situations have put 100 miles on 3 rides the weather and work are keeping me from riding. I think with say 10 speed instead of 7 I would feel comfortable at 20 miles per hour but at 16 mph it works for me.

Thanks for taking care of the issue with the original seat.

LOVE LOVE LOVE I purchased this bike my my daughter and she loves it. I’m an amputee and I enjoy it myself! Awesome customer service. If they don’t answer the phone. Email them. Buying another for my son!!!

I really enjoy riding my new electric bike. I went with the All Terrain Scout, which is one of the lowest priced models. I’ve purchased a few in the past since the E-Bike craze, and this one is by far the highest quality and most comfortable. Definitely pleased! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because when I received the bike it didn’t come with instructions on how to put together. Customer service basically told me to take it to a bike shop to be put together. It did turn out that it was shipped with the front fork spun the opposite direction. So the fix was simple. Though overall I love the bike!!

Great little get-a-round bike to take with my rv!

It is giving me a great week out for a 73 year old and I am enjoying it greatly
