So far great, but seats suck, to little and no shock action

So far better than expected.i was concerned i could not use the bike as my previous high end fat tire bike but this just does everything really good.the front suspension is really a great feature.

Super easy transaction these guys know what their doing. I live in Colorado and spent the weekend riding mountain trails and had a blast. The bike makes you feel like your super man. I had the setting on petal assist 1 and when I needed an extra boost I hit the throttle . Thanks guys

Love this bike! I was very easy to assemble and with a full battery, it was ready to go. It came in very good condition, except for the computer screen that came scratched. I've had this bike for two weeks and I love it more every day. My car is now parked in the garage.

Great bike and great value. Idiot proof assembly and no funny noises, vibrations or issues in first 100 miles or so. Matching gearing with pedal assist levels taking some time to figure out with riding style. Cannot pedal fast enough on highest gear to go faster than 22 mph beyond pedal assist level 6 (goes to 9) but seems to be set up for steeper hills with lower gears matched with higher pedal assist levels for off road climbing. Heavy weight has some stability advantages with low deflection in certain circumstances but also some agility disadvantages in other circumstances. There are no other comparable bikes on the market with this balance of specs at this price. It seems to be the only bike in this class of e bike that comes in an XL (22"). They could use an XL seat post to go along with it but because this bike benefits so much from a Thudbuster long travel seatpost, you can get that in an extra long version while using a (27.2 to 30.4") shim. Good customer service online and over the from Shaughn and good customer service from Old Dominion shipping regarding delivery.

The bike is everything I wanted. 2 things you could have done better, do a better job of keeping your customers updated on shipping status, and it came with no instructions for the assembly. I'm still trying to figure out all the controls.

The best of the best!! I added a aftermarket 48 volt 18ah battery that tops out at 59 volts. It lives in a bag on the rack with a toggle switich between the two. replaced the front chain ring with a 26/36/48 tooth that I manually move the chain to the ring I need for my ride at the time.. I have a top top speed of 37 mph pedeling like a mad man!... Passed a Bus in town the other day Oh YA!.. on the other side the 26 ring has enough for climbing duty. ok so the reflector on the rear wheel spokes rattled and that was easily fixed with double sided foam tape, then removed for looks. and the bar grips are well left me wanting a premium feel that the rest of the bike has so leather grips from e bay. Brakes are silkey smooth and very powerful, head light works great and is usable!. Seat is another item that is a personal choice and I DID NOT need to replace this one as its way confey! bottom line... a primum bike without the primum price. for use on level or medium hills... great ride with 15-20 lbs in tires...

Bike is great. Functions as intended. Had to wait a bit longer then expected. Only issue iv had so far was my kickstand bolt came loose luckily I found it and re installed no issues since. They were also quick to respond to my emails, that's always appreciated. Thank you!

I purchased two 750 mountain bikes both are great . They where easy to put together. They where delivered on time and in good shape. Had a issue with the seat on one of the bikes. M2s is shipping me a new seat. This was our first ebike and I am very pleased so far. Fun to ride , we hit the trails they did not fail.

I worked at a bike shop assembling bikes in college. This bike went together well with few needs to tweak and fuss with derailleurs, brakes, etc. The rear disc was bent and needed to be straightened and the owners manual that came with the bike did not apply to our bike. Based on the quality of the steel, nuts, threads, etc, I'm guessing this bike was built in China. You can always tell as European and Japanese steel are of better quality, but I could be wrong. It took us a bit to figure out how to turn the lights on.

Awesome ! Turned a 2 hour walk into 15 minute ride down a service road in national forest..plan on using on public land in colorado on deer & elk hunt at the end of october..I am 72 years old & had to replace seat with wider & softer one..took about 15 minutes to remove from box & ride..LOVE IT !

I had the pleasure of meeting some of the employees as I decided to pick my bike up rather than have it shipped. They assembled the bike for me, added my accessories and walked me thru how to use the bike. They also answered about 37 questions I had ranging from off road tire pressures, to rain/water issues to saddle size....and answered them all. They also loaded my bike for me. I have only had the bike a short while, so there is still some "getting used to.." of the bike. So far so good. I am big, 6'6" and 250#. This bike has no issues hauling me around and doing so with ease. I have been from pavement to pastures. Woods to the back yard. I have not had it in extreme mountainous environments yet....YET but I will soon!

I had to be cautious in pressing the throttle. Too much before you are settled in the saddle or the foot pedals and man.....watch out, this thing has some torque.

Having access to an eBike like this has brought me back in to the game of riding outdoors again. I hike a lot but there are places that I would like to go to that are really off the beaten path. This bike will get me places that my legs & feet could get me to but not as easily so as with my M2S ATUHT!
