This is the most fun ever.
I am 64 yrs old and can enjoy biking as much as I did when I was younger.
It is so easy to ride and very comfortable.

Great Bike, it is our 2nd one!

I am really enjoying my new bike here's a few observations and suggestions. First when I got the bike I got a very cryptic owners manual. It would be nice to have a 10 page easy to read( ie large print)Tire pressure, how to charge battery pros and cons on short charging perionds, how to adjust shocks display troubleshooting etc. also you might recommend slime for the tires, I had a flat 40 miles out your support said there was an owners guide online, can you tell me how to find it? My bike has died with a 3 bar display??? While riding with a friend I realized that I am not helping the bike at pas 1 and gear 7 very little resistance until I start up hill. I rode with a friend and he has a larger front sprocket that gives him more resistance and he uses less electricity thus goes farther. I would recommend that.

All Terrain Ultra HT
Delivered in about 7 days. Bike was flawless as far as cosmetics. All parts present. Took about 1 hour to assemble.
So far ridden about 5 miles to get familiar with controls, feel, and capability. Impressed with workmanship, components and the power of the motor, especially when assending hills. NITRO is there when you need it. :-) Mountain bike gearing is very good also. Even with motor OFF it is a capable mountain bike. I was able to ride almost all my normal trail with this 70 lb. eBike with motor off. My normal non-eBike mountain bike is about 29 lbs.
Support was good. Eric and Zack were good with emails answering shipping and technical questions.
Bottom line: Impressive bike. My daughter said, "that is the biggest bike I have ever seen". I purchased the XL-21 inch since I am 6' 4". The XL size with the nice 4.5 inch fat tires really made it T-Rex looking. So, with the workmanship and the size it is impressive.

Purchase, shipping, and delivery:
The bike (All Terrain Ultra HT with mid-drive ) came in about 7 days. No shipping damage. Took about an hour to put it together. Flawless is a good way to describe looks, build, cosmetics etc.... of the delivered bike.
So far:
Have ridden about 5 miles getting familiar with controls, capabilities, feel, etc.... (my first time on an eBike. I have road bikes and other Mountain bikes).
It is a BIG (XL-21") mountain bike but I'm 6' 4" and need the XL size. It exceeds expectations. Now ALL Terrain is FLAT.... :-) The power of the engine married with the mountain bike gearing eats hills. If you need the throttle the NITRO is there for those hills and, of course, the flats also. One thing impressed me today as I road the same path I ride with my non-electric mountain bike. With motor OFF using only the 10 speed gearing, I was able to pedal almost all of the same path. This is a ~70 lb. mountain eBike vs my ~29 lb. non-eBike mountain bike.
So, overall, it is a great bike. The eBike will probably encourage me to ride more because it eliminates the dreadful thoughts ( :-) ) of the up-hills you will face if you ride...

Lots of issues....transportation , mechanical and communication.
All that being said I still give them a 5*.
Their staff worked hard to manage all these issues to my satisfaction.

Aside from absolutely loving my bike, the customer service is above par. They called me to make absolutely sure that the bike I was ordering was sized correctly. Turns out it was not. They upsized My bike at no charge before shipping it out.

Absolutely love my M2S All Terrain Pro R750. It's better than I expected, and I was expecting it to be very good. Once you learn how to use the controls with your pedaling it's a blast! Do yourself a favor, if you are trying to get in better shape like me, get one of these bikes.

I purchased the All Terrain Ultra FS, wow what a bike, I can't stop riding the damn thing!

I grew up riding bicycles, road, integral, and mountain, and I own eight different ones. This bike, however, is a whole different level and riding experience. Heavy but feels light with Peddle Assist, fast and powerful when you need a boost on or off-road. I still get the same workout but go faster, higher, further. Support has been excellent so far. Everyone that sees my bike wants to ride it!!

Electric bikes are the future, and M2S are solidifying their position as a provider of quality products at a fair price for sure!
