I have had my bike for a little over a month and have about 55 miles on it. So far I am enjoying my bike. I heard this quote somewhere. It is like all the fun parts of biking without the parts that suck. I live on top of several mile gradual hill. I can go down without having to worry about going back up. I peddle for some exercise and to help save the battery but I haven't felt like it is going to be a chore.

I am a normal build 6'2" male. My last bike was too small for me so I went with the X large as I was tired of an undersized bike. If I was 6'1" this bike would be too big. At 6'2" the bar is right up to my groin. That is not too much of a problem but I wish the handle bars would be an inch or two closer. I feel like I have to reach. I haven't looked at adjusting the bars or modifying them but I may do that. If you are 6'4" this bike would be very comfortable. I did add liners to prevent punctures from puncture vine/goat heads.
Since I was having fun on this bike, I bought my girlfriend a bike. She wouldn't agree to it unless she could test ride the bike so she ended up with a high end, name brand bike, purchased at our local bike shop. Her bike looks great and she is having a blast but I feel like the torque of my M2S bike surpasses her bike for a lot less money.

My only issue with the bike is that the front breaks don't seem to grab smoothly and they make a little noise. I have a lot of experience on dirt bikes and I am used to jumping on the front breaks. The front breaks will be a deficiency for me.

Overall, I am pleased and I would purchase this bike again.

This review is for the older model (shown in bottom left picture of main page- I believe the controller/battery and most of the components are the same as the newer, sleeker model.

I have been riding this bike primarily as a commuter since April and have put over 400mi on it. For background, I am a long time expert mountain biker so I routinely scrutinize components and performance (my primary MTB is a 2018 Intense Tracer). I have been really impressed overall with the components spec of this bike and overall quality of the build. For those people I read about hating on the fact that it is built in China, let's remember that A LOT of bikes are built in china all the way up to the top of line brands/bikes. What separates M2S in this field is that the brand is 'direct to consumer' meaning there are no wholesalers and you must buy direct from the company. This is what creates the competitive pricing M2S is able to offer by cutting out the middle man. Likewise, the customer is reliant on good communication with the company in regards to questions and issues and I have had no issues here, all my questions have been answered in a timely manner. This may have been an issue a year or two ago as the company was ramping up (reading online reviews etc.) but I have had a positive experience with M2S correspondence.

Now let's talk about the bike! This was a great choice for me knowing that I wanted it primarily for commuting but also wanted a capable bike to use on trail and dirt road on occasion for access on bigger mountaineering missions. I also like the 27.5" wheel setup which is the same as my MTB.
COMPONENTS: From the Brakes to the Seat and Pedals, to the the front/rear lights(!), this build is top notch for this price point! The Kenda 2.3 tires are the perfect pick for this bike. Trail worthy but great rolling efficiency.
FRAME: It does run large. Medium Frame is definitely the size of any normal Large Frame. It is huge. With that said I did upgrade (for a total of $30 on Amazon) to a short 50mm stem and wide bars to shorten the reach and get the bar feel consistent with my MTB. At 5'6" and always running a Medium Frame (sometimes Small), the short stem got the size to feel great for me and for my wife who is 5'4". The short stem and wider bars make the bike ride much better regardless IMO...
CONTROLLER/MOTOR: What I have found with the Pedal Assist is that you need to treat the levels more like gears than as a factor of how much assist you want. For instance, each level will only give assistance up to a certain speed and then you will start feeling some minor resistance. As you feel a level top out and start to give some resistance you need to go up a level, just like gears in a car (this is likely what a reviewer further down was experiencing).
BATTERY LIFE: I can routinely get 2 round trips to work out of 1 charge with a little more to spare, which is 6.5mi each way with 400ft gain/loss. I depend on 25-30 miles out of a charge, 28mi seems to be my routine range which includes around 1500-2000ft gain/loss. I live in the Colorado mountains. I think the most I have gotten is 33miles and the least ~23mi. This all relates to the speed and level of assist I use. Kicking it to 5 and over 30mph downhill or turning off and coasting downhill will obviously impact your range. I don't keep it juiced or use the throttle much but also don't look to conserve battery to get the most possible range I can. I'm sure I *could* get 40mi but I am more focused on riding efficiently than working the battery range.
GEARING: I do wish they would gear up this bike, I am often wound out where I would like to put in some more pedaling assistance at higher speeds. Bringing the front chain ring 2-4 teeth larger would better balance out the gearing with the motor, especially as a commuter.
Finally, Pannier Bag Add-on: Didn't fit great onto rack with provided clips. I wound up removing the clips and using heavy duty zip ties to permanently mount the bag.

In summary, I love this bike and after tons of researching, concluding that this would be the best bike for my needs, I have no doubt I made the right choice 6 months and a season of riding later!

Wow, my first e-bike and fat tire one for that matter. This thing cruises, even on eco-mode 5 it it possible to achieve over 30 mph up a hill. The bike is a beast, literally it's big. Definitely go with the medium like I did, well worth it. I even had to hacksaw the seat post otherwise the adjustable stock post is ridiculously high even when fully lowered. I'm 6'1", good luck saddling up on that bad boy without crushing a nut. All jokes aside, the bike is amazing. It shipped super fast, I ordered it Saturday at 3:00 P.M., upgraded my order (Thank's Shaugn) on Monday to the Ultra FS from the Kush. Monday was Labor Day, I got my bike on Thursday. Basically if you order your in stock bike Mon-Wed online before 10 A.M. you will probably receive it in two days. That's pretty good, much respect. Anyway, I got about 37 miles in two days. The first day was getting to know the bike and riding technical switchbacks, cycling through the eco/sport modes and trying to get the gearing down. The second day was a blast, knowing the gearing and all. I rode about 21 miles using mostly sport mode two on the roads and eco-mode two on the flatter sections of the woods. On a different note. Definitely pump up your rear suspension, you'll need a shock pump or take it to the shop if you must otherwise it will bottom out. Don't worry though, the rear shock comes locked in stiff mode so you can ride it out the box until then. Overall wonderful, if we weren't getting rain from the outer bands of Hurricane Dorian I would be cruising right now. Ride on, be happy, good times.

New bike purchase battery upgrade
The bike is great. The people very responsive and I am happy with the product. However there are two things that is missing. The manuals for the controls are not in depth and you have to guess what is going on. I call suppott and did not have an idea how to solve the issue so I started to look at other companites that offer the same model control and got the instructions from them.
2- because I had those issues I contact bike shops around Philadelphia and from 24 shops only one would even see my bike and they did not want to work or experiment on the controls but they would mantain other things. I feel that If I would have know that bike shops would not want to service my electrical bike because they only serve and mantain the brands they sell. I am so dependent on the supplier. I feel that they need to invest on selling to shops so people can get service to the bikes or make arranagments with shops so people like me can take it to the shop if there is a problem and not spend countless hours to fix a problem

This bike is amazing besides the tires they are low quality and pop easily I have already replaced tubes 2 times in both tires and now have replaced with different better tires! Other than that this bike is so awesome!

Me: 30 year veteran (old guy) mountain biker. Riding style: mostly xc freeride in the western US. Other bike: Santa Cruz Hightower LT carbon.
I was looking for an e-bike as an around towner, and as a trail worthy addition to my camping van, able to handle fire roads and mellow single track. I narrowed my search down to the Gravity Bullseye Monster, Rad Rover, Bolton 2020, Juiced Ripcurrent S, and the M2S Pro R750. I then did a comparison chart of components, features, weight, and price, and ended up choosing the Pro R750.
Here is why. The bike tied for first place with one of the others, but the M2S customer service call and the way the battery mounts to the frame pushed me over the edge, so I ordered one.
It is a large, I’m 5’10, 170#, and prefer a slightly upsized frame. Fits great, although I wish I could have 1/2 inch more stand over height on it.
The bike was shipped promptly, and arrived on schedule. Everything was very well packaged, and assembly is simple. During my pre ride set up and checks, I found the front brake lever top bolt hole had been stripped. I’m guessing this is something the QC in China did not catch. Anyway, a bit of red thread lock and it was ready to ride!
My initial impression is this thing is amazingly fun! Great for getting around town quickly, covering distance quickly, and turning hills flat. This 60# beast handles pavement, fire road, and mild singletrack with ease. My wife took it out and whipped out a 10 mile ride down the east shore in just over 30 min. I did roughly the same, half at night, and the battery charge after was about 4/5ths. The front light is adequate for cruising at night, but if I was trail riding I would add my daylighter to increase lighting.
Today I spoke with M2S and the new brake lever is on its way. Thanks, guys!!!
The bike appears to be well built and sturdy, suited for light to medium duty riding. My only wonder is how well the components will stand the test of time. It is made and assembled in China. It it heavy when compared to my SC, but was the second lightest out of my comparators. It’s an e-bike and they are not light weight. The bike is well featured, and it’s nice having the rack and lights straight out of the box. Extremely impressed with M2S customer service. Think FUN, easy to ride, and puts an ear to ear grin on your face!
I would buy it again; and if it holds up well over the next six months, I’ll order a second for our family.

My wife has had breast cancer with some lymph node damage in her right arm. I love to ride, however we live in western Montana and have a few nasty hills that she was unable to ride because she could not stand and pedal. The M2S bike allows her to not only ride with me but when I start climb she just looks over, laughs, and jets up the hill with the electric assist. She usually waits on the porch with a beer for me and a huge smile on her face. Couldn't be happier...

Great bike, easy to assemble, even with a lack of paper instructions. I ordered a rack, but it didn't fit, so a little QC in that area would be nice. Also, the image of the bike I ordered and the bike I received are different. Not sure why, but that's ok because it is a great bike. Lots of compliments just in the few days I have been riding it.

This is a great bike, and a whole new experience. The day I started riding it I did not want to stop. The power is great have not used more the a 2 pedal assist. It has great pickup power when you start pedaling in assist. using the throttle I had it up to 25 miles per hour. went off the paved bike trail to a couple of dirt trails took them with ease.

I actually purchased the 750 Pro got the Medium and I’m
5’ 9” weight is 190 and I’m glad I did any bigger and I would struggle getting on & off the bike. I would have gave it five stars but it doesn’t come with very good instructions on putting the bike together and my box had damage when I received it bike didn’t have any damage as far as I could tell.
I also recommend make sure the pedals are tight before you ride the bike my right pedal came loose and stripped out the threads this is not covered under warranty and I am still waiting on parts from M2S. Read the warranty before purchase. I recommend having someone who knows how to set up a bike help you there are several tricks that really help your riding comfort. I really think M2S could do a lot better job of some Youtube videos for customers that are not real familiar with getting the bike set up to fit the rider.
As for the bike it’s a good bike for the price. I rode 34 miles and the battery was still half charged and I really used a lot of power assist because I wanted to put it through a good test. I have to admit I’m liking the bike better every day. I have ordered the step thru 750 All Terrain for my wife.
