Unbelievable and Awesome are the two words to describe M2S organization.
We have had ebikes from other vendors that can’t compare to their quality and service. If anyone is considering an ebike be advised by a couple who has spent hours researching them and being disappointed by others purchased, M2S bikes are second to none. I rate them a ten star!

Four stars, but it should be 5. Overall this is a great bike, and I would not hesitate to recommend it for someone else. I’m 6’5” tall and it is very comfortable for me to ride. The first battery charge lasted for 90 miles on a combination of roads, gravel paths, and grass paths with moderate hills. On the lower settings the electric motor does not work very hard unless you are starting out or going up a hill. The intelligence control for the motor works at a 9 out of 10. You sometimes have to brake at slow speed to shut it down. Positives: Great Value for the price, I ordered through customer service, and they were very helpful, great bike for a larger person. Negatives: fenders are plastic and the front mounting is just OK, seat had to be changed, it was very uncomfortable, the most frustrating is the user manual. They must have one manual for all their bikes and it is poor at best. With the seat and fenders, I still would have given the bike a 5, but I have purchased appliances under $100 that have better user manuals that this one.

WOW,I have been riding bike since I was, 4_5 years old. Motorcycles, bicycles, for miles and nothing comes close to the experience on this bike. The fat tires and full suspension is so smooth, bouncy almost. I took it on my first trail ride today. A very technical corse. The fat tires were just awesome. Its nimble given its weight and climbs are now a no brainer. All the fun without the burn. @55 years old with a bad knee I was able to keep a pace like a 20year old. One word, Awesome!

My wife and I are both retired. She got the R500 and I got the R750. We have a friend that found the R750 used and he let me ride it. I had to have one. Great ride and great looks. Took a little longer to get here but that is apparently due to them being popular and out of stock. Easy to put together then off we went. We need to find a good bike lock.

I purchased the R750 for myself at 6'4" amd got my wife the R500. We both love them. My wife is 62 years and I am 64 years old. It's like being kids again. We are taking them with our motorhome instead of an extra vehicle. You only go around once and these are some of the best Ebikes we have seen.

Super nice bike! Absolutely love it. Pulls up hills, great on trail and very user friendly. I didn't understand the controls and didn't immediately see anything to explain them but they are so easy that I quickly understood how to navigate everything. Will likely buy another one!

Love the bike so far with just over 90 miles on it , front fender was a little difficult to put on otherwise pretty easy assembly shipping was fast just wish it was free and the service is excellent definitely recommend. I’ll check back with a long term review
