Exceptional help from Shaun on deciding and setting up my bike

The bike is all right. The little screen is scratched.

I have already taken the bike on a deer hunt in some sandy country and the Bafang Ultra powered up hills great and never struggled in the sand. Great quality and great value to go with the great service! Do yourself a favor and choose M2S.

I have had some issues with it, but support has been good. Still working through a couple of things. Need to get those resolved before rating higher.

It appeared the directions were for some other bike. Yes, I had disc brakes but could not see the reason for the spacer. Everything got fine!!!

It’s a beast !! Just like me Lol haven’t had it above 2 assists unless needing to climb straight up a mountain. Great bike , American made and great service. Would definitely recommend.

So far I'm really enjoying this bike. Got it all set up for hunting! And it gets me in scent free and quickly and quietly. Wish I could quiet the clickers in the sprocket. It says 160 ft lbs of torque but my friends 1500.00 hub drive seems about the same. Except being able to use gears with mid drive.

It is the perfect bike for me!!! I am so happy with it. I’m female, 5’5”, 140 lbs. My hubby and I do a 40 mile ride every weekend. I get a good workout with how the gears are set up. I can even pedal downhill. I changed the seat to a wider model and put on soft grip leather handles. It’s a very comfortable ride with great performance!

I want to start off by saying that I have never written a review in my life. Having said that, I couldn't be more pleased and impressed by this bike; as a result, I felt the need to write a review. I spent several months researching and comparing different cargo e-bikes. The All Terrain Scout Cargo is easily the best rear hub motor cargo e-bike out there. I researched the KBO ranger, the Rad Wagon, Addmotor M-81, the Biktrix Skycap 2, the Eunorau Max Cargo 2.0, and the HJM Transfer. The All Terrain Scout Cargo has better specs and components than all of the competition. Apart from the Addmotor M-81, the all-terrain scout cargo is the only cargo bike that has front suspension. It comes stock with a front basket and rear passenger seat and running boards, as opposed to other brands that you have to pay extra for. I have had this bike for about 3 weeks now and it is phenomenal. It is built extremely well and is very powerful. I weigh 230 lbs and I can easily hit 28 mph. It says the weight limit is 350 lbs, however, the bike feels like it can handle a lot more than that. I take both of my kids on the rear rack and can easily go up hills with the various peddle assist modes and the 8-speed Shimano gear set. The battery provides an amazing range and I love that I can upgrade to a bigger battery if I need to. I saw a review mention the handlebars are awkward. The handlebars come with the ability to be adjusted to whichever position you prefer. The bike is a good-looking bike. Some of the other cargo e-bike brands look awkward and weird. Fortunately, that is not the case for the all-terrain scout cargo. I would recommend this cargo bike over all others without hesitation.

I got this bike about two weeks ago and absolutely love it. This is my second bike from M2S (my first was the All Terrain HT) and this one is just as well made as the first. I like the upgraded head light on this bike compared to the All Terrain and the step through frame makes it easy for both me and my wife to get on/off the bike. My 7 and 5 year olds really enjoy riding on the back while we run errands around town and it has gotten them interested in riding too.
I did have one issue with the front inner tube getting pinched when I first took the bike out. It seems the tire did not seat properly in the rim. But M2S support was great, sent me a new tire and tube at no cost and it’s been running well since. I highly recommend this bike for parents with young kids or anyone looking to cut cost on gas for around town trips.
