A little pricey. Just 2 months out of warranty.

Shipping was fast and the bike arrived in perfect condition. As others have noted, M2S setup directions are not the best. For me, installing the handlebars first, then flipping the bike over to install the front was way easier. Also, there is a plastic piece in the brake that needs to be removed before installing the tire. Tech support over email was responsive and helpful.

Riding is great - it has no issues with big hills and seems to have power to spare. The only issue that I noticed, is that once the battery hit 25 percent, the power dropped way off. Was my first time hitting that level, so not sure if it is something that will continue to be something I need to account for. I would also like to see the option for a small frame in the future - the Medium is probably slightly to big, but I felt I needed the mid drive 1000 watt motor. Front light isn't the brightest, but not bad for built in. Will probably add a more powerful light at some point though.

Overall, it is a great value, esp when comparing to the hunting brand e-bikes. My primary use will be hunting on private land in KY and OH, so I needed something with plenty of power to get up some rather steep hills, while also being able to pull a trailer if needed.

Bike was nicely packaged and boxed, after riding about 10 miles, I heard noise come from my front brake, it seems the front rotor is with some warpage. I will need to contact the service department for a replacement.

Great bike. We rode 54 miles in Williamsburg, VA. I have the 25 AH battery. I still have 36% left on battery! Very happy with purchase!

It is a nice bike. I bought mine 3 weeks ago and got the 16 amp battery for $1850.00 and now you can get the bike with the 19.6 battery for 1799.00 it sucks for me and I should be able to get the bigger battery.

Love the bike and the customer service has been phenomenal. Any questions or concerns I have I get a response within a day. You can tell they really care about their customers.

This is my first Ebike. You have to get used to how heavy it is, it almost feels like you’re dealing with a motorcycle. You have to keep track of the battery life because you don’t wanna be stuck out and have to walk a heavy bike home. That being said I’m really enjoying this bike. As I have gotten older, I stopped trail biking. This is not only gets me back out on the trail, but I am taking longer and more challenging rides as I expected.

I've put just over 100 miles on my bike in 10 days. Loving this machine. I had a few tech questions which have always been respectfully answered by support within 24hrs via phone. Had one little malfunction warranty issue which they quickly resolved. I would buy another M2S bike based on craftsmen ship and overall product. One thing I wish my bike had was a locking fork like motorcycles have. I looked at other brands prior to purchase and I'm happy w my decision w M2S.
