Outstanding service-thank you

Well it did take a month to get the bike. But I was told it would take time. The bike went together very nice. My first time on the bike i loved it, The feel and the power are great. The bike looks even better then i thought it would, A real head turner. I ride it to work every day and just cruise around on the weekends. I'm loving it more every day, My wife is so happy that i am getting out and ridding instead of sitting watching TV. I can ride with my friends now and not be left behind or have to turn back because i'm worn out. I just turn the power up a little and catch my breath, then turn the power back down and go for it. only thing it is missing is holes to mount a water bottle bracket, but i'm over that. These are a lot of fun! Really glad we bought them.

So far I am really loving this bike...the more I ride it the better i understand how electic assist works....as for comfort...this bike is ourstanding. Very happy .

The bike met my expectations out of the box, both aesthetically and the ride. Need to get more ride time to get 5 stars for reliability. So far I am happy with this bike and would recommend to others.

I’ve already written a much longer review, so I will simply say this is a well-made, versatile eBike which will suit those wanting to zip around town or take a challenging ride in the country.

I ride for fitness, but with a bad hip I was struggling on the hilly terrain of my home area. This bike gobbles up the hills and allows me to train hard on the flats. I can now travel courses that were off-limits because of my hip. It’s a game changer.

$1800 US delivered may sound like a lot, but it’s cheaper than hip surgery or any other medical care that can be avoided through exercise. The way I see it, I’m money ahead.

Don’t wait - M2S makes a great bike!

The bikes speed/ power is awesome. The spokes should of been more strong, stopping fast makes me worry. It creaks and groans from the spokes.

Replacement park came in very quickly.

The M600FS is a great bike. I did have some electrical issues with my first one, and M2S replaced with another new bike so service is good. Most Ebikes are imports and there will be times when parts availability is a waiting game, and Chinese quality control is not always the best. But, for the money I think these bikes are a good value. The M600FS will outclimb the 750Pro and is more of a true mountain bike. The new midrive motor is powerful and quiet and makes riding hills a pleasure. I live in the mountains and have given up on riding at 59, but this bike is getting me out again. I bought a Scout for the wife and it has alot of power in the 500 rear motor. The rear drive motors with the throttle are a blast to ride and a much cheaper alternative to the mid-drive motors. But, a true mountain biker will really love the 600 watt mid-motor on this full supension bike. Range for me seems to be in the 30-35 mile zone for the mountains I live in. I have not seen any made in America bikes without spending double the money, and I have looked. Overall quality is good for an imported bike. I am happy and would rate
M2S as a great bunch to work with on an imported bike.

Where did this pumpkin orange color come from? So surprsed when I puled the bike from the box. Everything online appears gold or yellowish orange. Not liking it, but good thing I was most interested in the bike, not the color. False advertising?

Easy to put together. Maybe a manual on the simple things. I did receive a quick response to my question. Getting used to the bike. Cool to get somewhere and not too tired.

I would’ve only give a four star review on this item due to timing of ordering And getting my merchandise it took forever to get it but it’s understandable I guess
Cause of the demand they might have on their bikes but like they said to me in a mail they send me It was worth the wait
Cause now that I’m riding it

I was Hoping to get a greater range with this bike than I do, but overall I’m very happy with the bike and the batteries. I only get about 14 miles of distance on one battery as compared to the claim of up to 30 miles. I hope in the future you will offer a battery with increased amp hours for my particular model, thank you.
