I love the bike, everything is great. The only problem I have is the derailer is not working 100%. Sometimes it doesn't shift gears or it won't shift into the lower gears. Other than that perfect, including packaging. Thank you for excellent product.

I am extremely happy with my M2S All Terrain R750 with Kush suspension. I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived that Wednesday in almost perfect shape with just a few light scratches on the back wheel. Assembly was fairly quick and easy and I was riding it about 20 minutes after I opened it. It has changed my cycling world. I used to like biking but now, with the power assist, I love it! I also have gotten many compliments on it. Strangers have commented about how great it looks and have asked me all about it. I am so glad I chose the Kush model because I do enjoy off road trails and having the rear suspension has made a big difference in comfort and handling. The only thing that took some getting used to was the under steer from the fatter from tire but is not an issue after a little ride time. All-in-all I would say this is an excellent choice at a great price and I highly recommend it. Thanks!

WD: All Terrain M600 FS
Purchased m600 fs for my wife after riding an older model with the hand throttle. She really liked the the throttle and newer model does not have it. Oh well..she likes it anyway. Fit and finish is fairly decent with de ent components for the price. I would have given 5 stars except had issues with rear wheel rubbing frame. It was not true. Called shaugn at customer support and he was good about getting back to me. Had wheel trued and smaller rear tire put on. Cost me 90 bucks. No big deal but wish it could have been avoided.
All in all, a good bike for the price.

This kush bike has been amazing, much better than expected. The bike rides very nice, powerful rear hub motor. The hydraulic brakes are very strong, but they need to be to slow down the bike. Shifting is smooth. Great ergonomics. I have only ridden the bike for about a week to work and no issues, 40 miles total. For the price you would be hard pressed to find a better value in a e-bike. I had one very small issue, a hinge bolt inner hex came a little stripped. I just sent support a email with a couple of pics and I received a email within 15 minutes letting me know a new bolt is being shipped to me. Good customer service.

WD Full-suspension Rack
Nice rack, attaches easily. You might have issues with side to side movement of the rack if you get close to the weight limit.

What an easy transaction and a terrific bike. The assembly videos made assembly easy. I love this bike. It is a powerful E-bike. 1st day out I took it on a 22 mile ride using mostly assist level 2. When I finished the meter told me I had 38 miles left. M2S is a winner.

All Terrain Ultra FS
I'm a 74 year old man who quit biking a few years ago due to the steep hills around my house. It's an average 6% grade for three miles. The downhill is exhilirating, but the return trip turned into pure torture. That's why I bought the All Terrain Ultra Fat Electric Bike. Here are my take aways:
1. I'm a patient guy, but the wait from purchase to delivery was excrutiating. Although in the end it was very much worth the looong wait.
2. I took the bike to my local shop to get it put together. One of the best $50 purchases I made. I had to adjust the seat upwards a little, but that's it. The technician adjusted the shocks as well as putting it together. He said it was pretty simple.
3. The control module has a plastic covering! The technician couldn't see it and neither could I. M2S had to tell us it was there.
4. I've taken it out ten times and put over 60 miles on it. It's a blast.
5. You have to peddle in PAD mode. I keep it on 1 most of the time. You can feel it kick in when you take off.
6. While in PAD mode it feels like it's in a lower gear, but you keep your speed as if in a higher gear. It allows me to keep my cadence over 100 (according to my iPhone app) no matter what the terrain.
7. I have used the power only button twice. Once to see what it did and once at the end of long ride where the final hill was just too steep on the last hundred yards. Wonderful addition and made the finish fun.
8. I've had it on dirt roads, paved roads and paths. One thing I noticed on the paths is the bike does not turn as quick or as easily. This means I've had to lean in to the turn more, but found you can't pedal and lean at the same time. If you lean too much and pedal the pedal on the turn side grinds into the ground.
9. You need to set the wheel size in the control panel to 29". I found this size consistently agrees with my iPhone GPS as far as the odometer says.
10. All my previous bikes had caliper rim brakes and I never had confidence on them on steep hills. The disk brakes really do stop me.
11. I got the rack and fenders. Well worth the money. I put my cable lock on the rack. Given the number of rock hits I hear on the fenders on the dirt/gravel roads I think I'm saving myself a lot of pain.
12. I purchased a trailer hitch rack for the back of my Ram 3500 pickup. The bike tires stick out about an inch on each side. I can see them in the rear view mirrors. This is a heavy piece of metal to lift into the stirrups. I've found that while I love going to different places besides town to ride it's a much bigger production than just hopping on in front of my garage and going.
I did thirteen miles the other evening where over 5.5 miles was a steady 4% grade. I was pumped, and then I watched the Tour de France where the last category 2 climb had a long stretch where the grade was over 15%. I have a new goal now!
All in all, this was my best purchase in several years. It's fun to bicycle again!
