We got the bikes a few weeks back but the weather and time have made hard to try them out. However this week we have taken a short ride and I like them a lot, my wife says that she is not getting enough exercise. That may change tomorrow with a much longer ride with some very long hills. I think the video could be better with showing how to install the battery, shifting, and such. The team at the Co, I give high marks to they are on the ball with answers. So all in all I am happy. love this bike. super fun to ride. had to wait 3 months to get it but it was worth it. quality components.

My wife and I really love the bike. So far it's been all around Kennilworth and down to the beach and out lake camping. Only complaint is the tires got low really quick and one exploded the stem from the tube prob bc it was underinflated and or cheap manufacture. Also I had a funny experience going into your shop to get a replacement part. It all worked out but when I arrived the staff was showing bikes to another couple and completely ignored me for several minutes until I had to interrupt and feel like an asshole. Some training around handling a situation like this would be good. I don't mind waiting but it sucks to be ignored. Thanks!

I like the bike very much, but I would like to see bigger gear crankset for my city commuting

I really like their products, my only criticism is that theey uesed standard usps to ship the accessories I ordered which were in stock but which took 10 days for it to be delivered, North Carolina to Wisconsin.

everything I had hoped it would be

The display is easy to set up and use. However, the clock function does not hold the time when the display is turned off. This is annoying since the clock’s time needs to be reset each time the display is turned on.

This is our second ebike, I prefer this one because of its lower center of gravity. I 6’2” and it fits me great 👍

The R750 came well packaged and the green color has a cool army vibe to it. I ordered the Medium bike @ 5' 11" tall with 32" pant inseam and it fits well with plenty of adjustment on the seat post in either direction. Build quality is good, nice welds and good balance of cost on components (not too cheap/not too fancy). Budget level air fork is good, a bit sticky but some light oil on the seals helped. Bearings were smooth on everything but the front hub. A bit tight and grindy so I backed off the nut about 1/8 and is smooth now with no slop. Bike is very powerful but not overkill and seems to top out at 30 mph even when pedaling. I'm using it primarily on road with some gravel. Gearing is definitely for off road as I find myself in 6th and 7th gear most of the time and can max out leg rpms fast on high pedal assist mode. 8th gear would make it over 30mph for sure.
With a 5 bar battery gauge, I get about 20-25 miles per bar with mixed hills and some pedal assist and some pure throttle. Fat tires are definitely big and tough but surprisingly light and nimble. I found myself under correcting a turn and went into a swampy road ditch and the bike handled it like it was nothing.

After some minor adjustments and tweaking, this bike is quite a joy to ride! In addition, the assistance and time devoted to the corrections made by M2S Bikes Mgt. was superb - much appreciated!

Received my bike and it’s amazing! Better than I even expected incredibly fast and so much fun to ride. Solid bike and rides great. Love it!

I'm 5'9" ~190lbs. This is my first electric bike. I live in a hilly area of Washington state with mountains. I had been hesitant to get a bicycle because the thought of pedaling up some of these hills was not appealing. So I just got back from another 8 mile ride and I can say this bike is really well engineered and to me it drives like a dream.

I am mechanically adept. Assembly took about 10 minutes, everything worked perfectly out of the box. The quality level by my assessment [engineering degree] is very high there are no sub standard parts or assemblies on this "I love this bike".

The last important factor for me is that with the fat tires I can ride the trails, road shoulders, gravel driveways, etc of which there are many around here, almost as easily as on road but at a reduced speed. I'm really having a lot of fun on the bike, getting great exercise and I'm glad I bought it. Would highly recommend this bike as the quality is amazing and the craftsmanship is exceptional.

EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!!!!

I purchased the All Terrain R750 Step thru in blue. The bike is beautiful and turns a lot of heads. It arrived well packaged and in good condition and assembly was a piece of cake. I took my maiden ride with my 20 year old grandson. Even though I am a 64 year old grandpa with a bad ticker and bad knees, my grandson was the one first asking to stop and rest. I was still ready to keep rolling. I aced hills that my grandson had to walk up on his regular bike. My R750 bike is quite powerful and the battery is really powerful as well. After a 12 miles ride it didn't seem to drain at all. The meter still showed it being full. I only used pedal assist 1 and I was able to go a nice 12 miles an hour on flat ground without breaking a sweat. I opened up the throttle only to see how well it worked and backed off when it reached 26 miles an hour. There was a slight downhill area that may have helped. I did put on a wider beach style cruiser seat and I also installed an adjustable stem to elevate the handlebars a couple of inches. My grandson purchased the upgrade of a color display from M2S. for fathers day. It really shows up a lot better on a sunny day. It seems brighter and the colors make it more defined. It also shows more details like how many volts there are. I was at 53 volts even though its a 48 volt battery. So the batteries are actually better than advertised. I recommend the color display as a nice upgrade. However there was nothing wrong with the display that came on it. I plan to do a lot more riding, especially now that I have been out on it a few times. It is so much fun. It has been 45 years since I road a bike. Its nice to know that this bike allows me to get back to doing the things I did when I was younger. I am hoping this bike will help me build up my stamina a little by making the hard parts that kept me from doing it before possible. Ultimately I will do it longer and get more exercise. I did a lot of comparison shopping and I found that M2S offered the best value for the money. If you are on the fence you won't be disappointed if you by from M2S

This is an amazing upgrade! I have a R750 and was a bit nervous to take on the installation myself. Emailed support with a few questions and received very helpful feedback. The installation took less than 10 minutes. Love the convenience of having everything important on one screen and in vivid color.

Shipment was timely. Assembling was relatively quick. I was doing a test ride within an hour after delivery. This is my first e-bike. I am 76 and can now once again enjoy riding a bike. The pedal assist is responsive and a delight to use on hills.I would heartily recommend that my older friends consider M2S as their first choice when thinking about buying an e-bike.
