Probably the funniest bike I have ever ridden! This thing turns heads everywhere I go. The only downside I've noticed so far is the pedals it came with needed to be replaced within the first week. I ride pretty hard and so far it's been solid and I haven't had to do too much maintenance. It was easy to dial in and I have been averaging 30 miles every charge.

I bought 2 R750 fat tire bikes. The delivery was very good by Old Dominion. Driver was very good and professional. One bikes box was damaged so I opened it right away. All pieces were in tacked and no visible damage. Assembly was a snap. Very easy. My wife and I have now ridden about 80 miles and we both love these bikes. Easy to operate and maintain.
Whilst riding my bike, the motor has disengaged twice now. A small icon in shape of transmission shows up on display. Both times I stop peddling and icon disappeared and motor assist engaged when I resumed peddling. Mmmmm.
One more concern, the battery had instructions stating to plug in battery to charger first, the plug charge into outlet. However the bike manual stated to plug charger into outlet first the plug charger into battery. Opposite instructions. Obviously no one proofread anything.
Just remembered, after assembly of my bike I could not back up bike as peddles would not dissengage. Not sure what solution was as I only walked bike back and forward a few times.
That’s about it for now. I’ll update after a few hundred more miles.

Had the bikes for about a month now, (20" and a step through) so far I give the bikes 5 stars. The delivery time is not what they say it's going to be. It happened to my friend as well. I would plan on a 2 month delivery for bikes to be delivered to your door. If your not in a hurry, I would recommend M2S bikes. Good quality for the $$.

My wife and I bought two to replace our 1993 road bikes. We really love the bikes and the fact you can just jump,and go. I do shopping and errands using the bike now too. Really love them. Best ebike deals out there.

Great bike. Seriously, with the exception on one thing, the bikes performance and overall feel and build is great.

The only drawback I have found is in the battery. I still cannot get it to fully recharge. I was told to fully deplete the battery before recharging; and have ridden it in circles until it starts to slow down, but still will only recharge 4 of the 5 bars when first installed after a charge, and the first two bars go very quickly.. within 5 miles..

Is there a battery deplete button I can use to discharge it? It is frustrating to have to completely deplete the battery before I recharge it, as the bike too heavy to ride up the hills around me without the motor working.

Oh and I forgot to mention that the customer service has been exemplary. Response time as been great, people have been good communicators.. all good stuff! Thanks again..

Bought 2 of them, one for my wife and one for me. We both are in our 70's and love to bike. Now with peddle assist we can easily bike into our 80's. Very pleased with these RM500's

Great bike everybody loves the look I weigh 250 pounds and the motor handles my weed guard definitely recommend it. One last thing the mana money that you pay for it and everything that comes with is worth a great deal
