Purchased two bikes and we love them. They are so much fun. It takes bike riding to a whole new level. Great quality bikes. We love them!

This bike the Scout exceeded all expectations! I am a former coach athlete bike rider at age 66 this bike is so much fun. Great in gravel, mountain dirt roads. Easy to put together, and beautiful paint scheme.

I purchased the Scout for my wife, so she could accompany me when I go out for a ride on my Kush-MD. It is a nifty bike for a small person, but I had to make some modifications. The first was to turn the adjustable handlebar stem around 180 degrees, so the handlebars would be positioned closer to the rider. The pedal assist on this bike is too aggressive,even at PAS-1. Rather than "assisting", it feels like all out acceleration. M2S is working with the manufacturer to see if there might be a way to tone down the PAS output. Otherwise, it's very well made and well balanced.

Assembled easy, rides great once tired aired down. Need to contact customer service, derailleur lever not springing back. Low end shimano components. Still can’t figure out how the lights work

I love it! The only things I changed were the pedals, the grips and the saddle all just to suite my needs, the original stuff was just fine. I have nothing bad to say about this bike. It was packaged with extreme care and the bike itself is awesome. All good components etc. The welds look nice, everything was assembled with skill as far as I could tell. I seriously looked for something to complain about but I was overwhelmed with joy and could not find anything bad to say. The bike rides wondersul. The motor is strong enough for me that's for sure. Now, if this lasts a while, I finally have a purchase I am happy about. Also, the communication from start to finish was great. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the light. One email and that was resolved. Overall, VERY PLEASED!

I have the Kush full suspension and my wife got the strap through 500. We ride almost daily now to get our exercise after a fairly long hiatus following my knee surgery. Cycling is fun again. Lots of choices out there, but I would suggest anyone seriously thinking about purchasing an electric bike consider the M2S bikes. A lot of bang for the buck!

Great bike and happy with the purchase. Have been working out a few kinks as most new bikes need but It’s such a great way to get around Seattle and it’s large hills!

This bike has been great - I hadn't been on a bike in 15 years. This bike has made biking fun for me and has been a huge help in getting me up off the couch. The only small downside is that the motor/chain is louder than I would have expected, not having seen this bike before I dont know what are normal noises that should be expected.

Got my new AT Pro 750 on 5/24/19, assembly was simple. I have 37 miles on it so far and WOW is it awesome. Not sure how I got it up to 36.2 mph but the speedometer doesn't lie. It's fun to ride and you get great exercise. I'm 6'4" about 235 lbs, I bought the XL which fits me perfect. It scoots me right along no problem.

I did a ton of research before I decided on the 500 M2S all terrain. I wanted not only a quality bike but quality service. Even before I made the purchase i called and Dan answered my questions and made me feel confident that M2S bikes would be there for me. Once the bikes were delivered I put their service to the test. The mounting bracket was broke on one bike and the bell was broke on the other. The new parts were delivered within days. The ride and performance of these bikes are nothing less than awesome. Fast powerful smooth and just plain fun. We tested them off road memorial weekend at our family cottage. They handled the trails effortlessly. We have had several friends and family take them for a spin and the response is always the same. WOW! the only issue so far is a screw fell off that mounts the kickstand. I was able to fix that with small nut and bolt I had at the house. Just hoping that riding them hard doesn't lead to more parts coming loose. We are excited about our future adventures. So far our max speed was 28,2 mph and that was on a dirt road and the battery life lasted the entire weekend as we left the chargers at home. We are thrilled with our purchase and are anxious to get out and use them again and again.

My bike came in 4 days. The packaging was very good. Assembly took 40 min and everything assembled easily. The bike looks good and I am pleased with the way it rides. I tried out a similar bike from another company and this bike fit me better. I am happy with the bike and would recommend it to others.

I finally got my bike. It's beautiful. Was very easy to put together. Works great. Still haven't figured out how to turn on lights. May have to call m2s. Customer service is excellent. Only drawback is real long wait to get bike.

Great bike went 35 miles first day.

Just purchased this month and riding to work and about town. This bike has everything already included like integrated lights, throttle for intersections, bell for passing, rack and fenders. I bought the saddle bags and already have 60 fun miles. Looking forward to getting on some forest roads on the weekends. Good exercise for a 67 year old with the pedal assist and I don't have to walk it up the steep hills in my mountain town. Looking forward to each ride. Great company with quick responses.
