I love the bike it rides great The complaints I have is there is no place to mount a water bottle and the owners manual could be more informative. (example...suspension settings and air pressures etc...)

I would consider myself well versed in eBikes. This guy knows what he’s doing as far as design, quality, and delivery within a reasonable price point. His web based videos on putting together your and the communication during the shipping process is easy and effective. I have 3 electric bikes and have a natural draw to them. I go to eBike shops all over the country and get lost in the internet studying them. I would say this M2S gig is the probably the best value out there to date.

Everyone who rides this bike immediately smiles. This bike is great fun.

After waiting nearly 3 months for this bike it arrived yesterday. It took me about an hour to put together no problems a couple minor scratches otherwise the bike is in perfect condition. I charged the battery fully last night. Today I rode it about 15 miles and it was amazing. What a fun bike. I could not imagine having this bike with this kind of power and Speed without full suspension. It was worth the wait.

I have enjoyed my new R750 for 2 weeks now and logged 50 miles. So far I am very pleased with this bike. It seems well built and it rides like a dream. I did change out the seat for a larger/softer one. That’s just my personal preference. Nothing wrong with factory seat.
I used customer support to solve a minor issue, and Kagen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Issue solved quickly.
Probably going to order a bike for my wife next.
I bought the 19” frame size. My inseam on trousers is 31”. 19” frame is almost too tall for me.

That's how this bike will make you feel. Even at very low assist levels like 2 or 3, this thing moves almost effortlessly when pedaling. And it feels very stable, which my wife appreciates a lot given that she is shorter and the bike is heavy. I only have a few dozen miles on mine so far but I'm happy with the fit and finish and its smooth handling. It handles better than I would have thought for such a heavy bike and the tires aren't as loud as I thought they'd be. Like a few others, I wonder if maybe a larger chain ring might be a good modification because at speeds much over 17 or 18 mph in assist mode 3, it feels like I'm freewheeling when I pedal even in high gear. I can't imagine that I'm inputting much energy into the system like that, but I haven't ridden enough to really speak to how this affects range yet. But I don't plan to ride technical single track trails on this bike so taller gearing would probably be a plus on streets, smoother trails and gravel roads. In the meantime, I just dial down the assist when I want to feel the pedals doing more. It's not really a complaint--I appreciate having that much power available.
Both of our bikes showed minor damage from shipping: one had a small dent in the side of the outside face of the battery and the other one had its kickstand sheared off, but the kickstand itself was undamaged and the local hardware store had the correct pan head screws to reattach the kickstand. So I'm giving the bikes a five-start review because they are a blast to ride and seem solid and well made, and also because Eric called me within minutes when I had a question about the kickstand and he offered to send a new one. I declined because I soon figured out that it was just a couple of screws that were needed, but I was impressed with the customer service. I would buy from M2S again.

My wife loves her new bike. We ride in the evenings after work and she enjoys her's as much as I do mine. I have over 500 miles on mine since mid May. Very pleased with the quality.

This bike is actually quite a lot nicer than I expected. It's fast, quiet and very smooth. A great ride on any surface.

I am a recent below the knee amputee February 2018 I bought this bike for exercise well as a hobby. I received my bike July 13 very easy to assemble and right off I was able to ride 15 -20 miles a day with no worries of large hills. It is as advertised. Great bike.

This bike can handle everything from technical mountain bike trails to your everyday commute. Especially if you live somewhere that your daily commute could turn into an offroad ride.

Does what I expected of it & is a blast to ride. Attached a "Montana scabbord" to it & hunted coyotes off it last night. Lights are more than adequate. The only detriment I have found is that being 67yrs old & not ridden in decades I wish it had "retractable" training wheels for when I have to get on it--haha.

Received my new All Terrain Kush last week and took my 1st ride on the weekend. OMG, . . This bike is AWESOME! After 15 miles of ever changing mountain elevation to get familiar with it and one last climb of 2500 feet in a 3 mile stretch from the valley to my mountain home, the bike performed flawlessly. The quality of this bike is amazing and the mid-drive is perfect for my type of riding. It is so much fun to ride!
I've lived here in the foothills of Great Smoky Mountains for more than 35 years and have always rode street and mountain bikes everywhere. (I still have them) As I grew older, I found it more and more difficult to climb these mountain roads and as a result, I was not always motivated to pack up the bike to head down to the valley where the rides were more manageable. Now, with the All Terrain Kush, I can leave straight out of my driveway to ride up these mountains and down into the valleys without having to worry about getting back home. And still, I get an incredible workout by pushing myself to use only whatever level of petal assist I need to conquer the terrain. I do believe this is gonna be the best toy I've bought in a very long time! Thank you M2S Bikes!

I now have 150 miles on my 750 Ultra. I have ridden streets, dirt roads, bike paths, and single track trails. So far there is nothing this bike can't do. I'm 6 foot 230 pound and I ride this bike on all different types of road and trail surfaces. The bike continues to amaze me with the speeds I can ride and the beating it will take. Although M2S offers other types of bikes, unless you are strictly looking for a road bike, this one does it all. Nicely Done!

I have two of the R750s and I couldn’t be happier. For the price you can’t beat them. They are quality bikes they get them to you on time. What more do you want.
