Very happy with purchase. Bike did lose all power but realized it had to do with the shift sensor. After a little bit of adjustment it ran fine. Sent an e-mail to MS2 bikes and they responded the next day. Very impressed with the power of this bike. Went 16 mi. yesterday on some decent hills and used only throttle on the uphills and still had 50 % battery left. Do not regret purchase whatsoever.

I now have a little over 150 miles on my new bike and I have immensely enjoyed every inch of it!!!
Only one problem though. I get stopped quite often by other bikers to ask me about my bike....
Thank you M2S!

All Go Sport - Carbon Fiber Electric Bike
Ordered this bike in February, and just now crossing 750 miles. Using this bike as a commuter in San Francisco, reduced commute time from Sunset > Financial District by 15 min (40 > 25). I can get to and from work on a single charge, with 5 miles left on the battery (~300ft elevation). The battery takes ~6 hours to charge from this level once plugged in. The bike arrived packed well, and was easy to assemble. It was missing the speed sensor magnet, and the speed sensor was not zip-tied to the frame. No other issues. The bike is very easy to carry up stairs, and with slick tires, perfect for roads.

The pedal assist controller could use some refining, when going above 25mph, the motor stops assist (expected), and when dropping below 25mph, it takes a squeeze of the brakes to start assist again. There was some confusion on the website if this was a 250 or 350w baseline motor, but seems to be 250w from the label on the motor. With some moderate pedaling, the motor will get you to 20mph pretty quick, the last 5mph require more effort from the rider. Up steeper (7%+) hills, I can maintain 10-12mph with moderate pedaling.

The bike arrived closer to 40lbs (carbon fork). I replaced the following to get it down to ~35lbs:
- Tires/tubes: heavy @ 2lb each, swapped for Panaracer Gravelking Slick 650b x 1.9'' (~330g), and Q-tube 650b tubes(need presta/schrader converter) Saved ~2.5lbs
- Components: Came with Shimano SLX/KMC chain, replaced with 10speed XT/XTR combo, 1x10 (removed front derailleur & shifter) - much better shifting. Saved ~1.5lbs
- Seat / Seatpost / Seatcollar: Thompson Elite seatpost + collar, Specialied Romin Saddle . Saved ~.5lbs
- Misc: Replaced heavy headset expander & cap with KCNC cap and star-nut, replaced grips with ESI silicon, cut fork & removed spacers. Saved ~.5lbs

For improvements, I'd suggest offering a road-specific model, as this bike works great for those who need to commute in the city and carry a bike up/down apartment or office stairs. Also, I'd like to see motor upgrade options > 500w. I get lots of comments when riding...some angry about having an ebike, but most admire the style and compact integration of battery/motor.

Bike Fenders
I ordered the R750 with the bike rack and the fenders. When I unboxed the bike I was surprised M2S had already installed the fenders and rack! The rack is awesome and is very versatile. I have several panniers that I have adjusted to fit and they work great. The back fender would vibrate against the back rack on bumps so I drilled two small holes in the back of the fender and zip tied it tightly to the rack. No more rattle and they work great!! Love the bike and the accessories!! Just ordered the color LCD display so will review that once I get it and get a chance to test it out. Follow up and support has been AWESOME!!

We purchased the R750s with the hope that they would jumpstart our exercise
commitment. It only took two days to get comfortable with the Pedal Assist on mountain roads. Roads that were unscaleable on traditional bikes. It's been fun every since! The selection/buying process was pleasant and Eric and Kagan made it painless as well. We shoulda-as in: we shoulda bought these sooner! Kudos to your fantastic company!!!

(order #1982)
I am 67 years old, weigh 180 pounds, and have a 30" inseam. The 2018 size Medium blue Kush (750watt/48volt/16amp) is right at the limit for crotch clearance in my case. I own 6 bikes. 3 are old school (pre-ebike) bikes. I do alot of riding (50 miles a day is the norm). This magnificent dual suspension beast is my 3rd electric bike (ebike).
My 1st ebike was purchased in Oct. 2017 for $849. It is another brand whose name rhymes with X-Lax. It is a 300watt/24 volt hardtail with a (supposedly) top throttle speed of 20mph. That proved not to be anywhere near correct by about 8 mph.
My 2nd ebike was purchased two months later (Dec. 2017) for $1,250 (it now sells for $1,600+). It is 500watt/48volt. This second bike is also "X-Lax" brand. It is dual suspension. It will actually attain 20mph on throttle-only mode. It is a decent bike, all things considered.
One day while cruising the local bike paths, I had a chance encounter with a 2017 M2S 750 fat tire hardtail bike rider. We chatted for awhile. Eventually a posse of local Lance-in-Tour De France roadie maniac youngsters came whizzing past. Us 2 old farts, both being 60+ years old, decided that we would chase down those rowdy rascals on our ebikes and, hopefully, breeze on around them. One of us did: the guy on the 750W/28mph+ M2S caught up to, and passed, the entire posse of hooligans. I was only able to maintain my initial distance because I was restricted to only 20mph. I was absolutely blown away by the power of that M2S fat tire machine.
Needless to say, 2 days later (on Jan. 17, 2018) I placed my order (#1982) with M2S for a size Medium blue KUSH dual suspension fat tire beast. I had to wait until the end of April for delivery. During the 4 month wait, I constantly perused the internet looking for another ebike that compared favorably with the dual suspension-- the only way to go (in my humble opinion)-- Kush and which was also similiarly priced. No such luck.
It is now mid-July 2018. I have 915 miles on the odometer. This bike has impressed me every time I ride it . The 20 mph versus 28 mph top speed comparison cannot be understated. You will very much appreciate that additional speed being there should the need arise, especially since it doesn't really cost you any extra $$. I can easily go 50 miles distance on a battery charge (I will still have 2 bars remaining) using PAS 1/PAS 2 with the occasional thumb throttle boost thrown in. I average 14 mph on every Kush ride. The other 2 ebikes are only good for a distance of 15 miles and 30 miles max. Bummer. Tough lesson learned.
I wish that I would have had the foresight to buy this Kush as my very 1st ebike. It would have easily saved me $2,500+ (the cost of the 2 "X-Lax" ebikes plus their own specific incidentals). By the way, the Kush actually weighs noticeably LESS than the dual suspension X-Lax non-fat tire ebike. Also, it's Chinese build quality is top notch; 7 stars for sure.
I have made a few alterations to my wonderful toy (see photos) just because that is what I like to do. The changing out of the original 36tooth crankset with a 46tooth dual chainguard (a neccessity) crankset is a must-do for these bikes. The new 46tooth unit is not shown in the photo's. The small 36t spins out too rapidly as you attain speed beyond 20mph. it feels like the chain fell off. Bummer. Usually, a 10 tooth increase means the need to add 4 or 5 chain links. However, in the case of the 750w rear hub Kush, I just "locked out" gear #1 and #2 at the rear derailler so the chain is unable to shift up to them. With the PAS power/thumb throttle capability, you don't really even need those low gears anyway.
Eventually, I intend to do an in-depth review of my 3 ebikes on the various ebike websites. Ride it like ya stole it (thus, the handcuffs shown in the photo's).

Received the bike about 2 weeks ago and have put 75 - 80 miles on it. The experience buying was great and it was well worth the wait. I heavily researched different e-bikes and closely compared the features. M2S All Terrain 750 won out on paper and has proven to be the best choice. The quality is high for the price point and the bike is a blast to ride. One of the things I was most concerned about was having the ability to ride the bike with no pedal assist at all. I wanted to be sure I could pedal home from any adventure I set out upon. Today I rode over 11 miles with no power assist at all. I rode on trails and road and the bike did very well. Also on my first battery charge I rode over 40 miles in two days and still had 1/3 battery left using assist level 1,2 &3. Once you customize the bike with accessories and your favorite saddle you will be ready to go!! I ordered mine with the rear rack and fenders. All I can say is I am extremely happy and if you are thinking about M2S think no more. Just order it!

This is the 2nd e bike I have purchased and it's fantastic. My other is a Sondors X 500watt and this bike beats it on most every area. I still love my sondors but if I would buy another m2s instead if I could. I went with the sondors as I was not sure what to expect from an e bike and the sondors had so many reviews and options for 3rd party upgrades, that it was the safer choice. I wasn't sure how much I could trust the reviews on M2s' website as they obviously control the reviews. But after using it a few times it's not hard to believe the reviews are all legit. I'm 6'3" 230 lbs and this bike has plenty of power for me on moderate hills.

The bike was easy to assemble and took me about 45 minutes. I am 73 years old and live on a hill and bought the bike to ride from my house to our athletic club. I have two regular non powered bikes but the hills were too much for me. The M2S 750R bike makes it very easy for me to get to the club and back. It took me only a few minutes to get used to the power assist and the digital display. This bike is a blast to drive. Thank you Eric and the crew at M2S.
