I rode one of my regular road rides of about 20 miles. My normal ride is a carbon road bike. The electric gives me the sensation of riding the road bike behind a "motor" (motor pacing behind a motor scooter of cycle). My average speed is above 20mph, with an improved heart rate. Not only fun to ride, but a great training aid.

Just let me say that I love this bike and 3 of my friends have bought one with the 4th about to pull the trigger. I just passed the 900 mike mark so here are my impressions..The Good: 4 seasons bike. The range is impressive. In the warm seasons I easily surpass the 40 mile mark using pas 1 and 2. In the Winter I snowbike on groomed trails with incredible hills. Range is about 20-30 miles in 32 degree weather. This bike is comfortable and I make excuses to ride it. My cars stay parked all Spring, Summer and Fall. My endurance has doubled in 7 months. Lost 15 lbs and more importantly my core strength has improved so much that my crippling sciatica is gone. Imagine only being able to walk 1/2 a block before shooting pains down the leg, numbness and tingling forced you to turn back.. that was the former me. Now I can hike for miles without any pain. The bike has a great info head unit and hydraulic disc brakes. Still on my first set. And lastly customer support is fantastic. I had a faulty motor and excessively leaky Mozo fork and both were replaced quickly. Ok, the bad: some minor damage during shipping. Scratched peddles and a few nicks on the paint. Seems the shipping issues have been fixed. My friends’ bikes Arrived in perfect shape. The magnet disc that is supposed to be next to the cadence sensor was either improperly placed or it slid so it ended up against the inside of the chain ring and I lost peddle assistance and throttle. I didn’t realize the magnet disc could slide so I ended up bending the cadence sensor brace towards the chain ring which resulted in intermittent function. It wasn’t until I inspected my friend’s R750 did I realize the error of my ways. I week into ownership my electric motor slipped a clutch.. made a whining noise then eventually it stopped working. Also, my front fork leaked a lot of grease and seized up. Both were replaced under warranty. The generic bike owner’s manual is useless and a manual specific to this bike needs to created. It would have saved me a lot of frustration and down time. Ok, overall, I’m extremely happy with this bike. It has inspired to adopt healthy lifestyle changes and 7 years of painful sciatica is now just a memory.

Had a cell in my battery go bad. I was hesitant to contact M2S thinking that it would be a hassle to work through the warranty process, but I did anyway. They were amazingly courteous and helpful. Didn’t give me a hard time about it and said they would get a new battery out to me ASAP. I got the new battery and the bike works perfect again. I would highly recommend doing business with M2S if you are considering one of their awesome bikes.

This is a GREAT BAG!! Easy on and off, and plenty big. In a word, PERFECT!!!

Received bike easy to put together great instructions. Had some issues with bike but company easy to contact and easy to work with. Riding the bike is a blast. Live I Colorado with a 500 foot elevation range from town to house and bike does great without having to go up in power. Have had slot of positive response from people who have seen me riding the bike. They love design and power.

These are very good looking fenders. Easy to install, and functional.

Great quality but extremely slow delivery service

I have had my two bikes for a couple of months now. These bikes seem to be able to go anywhere. I mainly ride them on the beach. But also explore bike trails..Anyone I let try the bikes, fall in love with them. My brother said he wanted one, so I ordered a third bike. I am sure some more bikes will be ordered by people I let ride them. I am waiting on the Spring delivery to come in for my brothers bike. Eric has been very helpful, and always there if I needed something or had questions. The bikes were simple to put together. I did make some changes to the handlebar height. Also, added some extras. Order the All Terrain 750! Your will not regret it! Awesome ride!

The bike was everything I expected it would be. Pedal assist mode is awesome. I barely use the throttle. This bike is fast as I expected. The customer service is excellent. The headlight arrived with a broken mount and they sent me another one with no questions asked. These things happened due to shipping. The quality of the parts are excellent. I buy high end bikes all the time and feel confident in the bikes components and durability. You will not be disappointed when purchasing a bike from this company. If you are on the fence just do it.

The finders are great. I ordered a Topeak fat bike rack that worked with the Kush full suspension. With the rack and its support bars the back fender would not work with seat post bracket. I preferred the fender to be close to tire, so I bolted fender to bottom of Topeak rack. Worked out great just had to be creative....

I love my R500, it rides great, battery lasts forever, pedal assist is great and throttle only option is there when you want it.

The R750 is by far the best bike I have ever owned. Love the “fat 4” tires” they make the bike extremely stable. The electric components are well engineered and have provided more than enough power. The overall construction of the bike is well done. Absolutely no complaints.

Currently utilizing the bike in Florida on road and beach. It handles the beach sand effortlessly. Absolutely love it. Have received a ton of compliments on the sleek look of the bike.

It's a beautiful bike that makes me feel like I have super powers.

Stem did the trick to raise Handlebars up and back it was a good move.

The R750 is a great bicycle and riding for long periods and distances is a breeze, Las Vegas has a few nice Bicycle trails which makes getting out a lot more fun and yes you do get your exercise because your out riding more often and long and farther than ever before.

Great bike for tall guy. Bought this bike for my husband who has everything. Every thing but an Electric Bike.....! He immediately jumped on the bike and went for a ride with our son. He was calling it his motorcycle. Came home saying he needed a helmet for this baby- it goes way faster than you can imagine. Big hit at Christmas time. Everyone had to try it. Thank you for making an awesome bike!

I use my bike to commute to and from work each day and this is my trusty steed. I look forward to my ride each morning and afternoon. The power is so seemless it feels like I’m just really strong. The charge lasts a long time (I charge it about once every 30 miles). I find myself smiling every time I ride it. I love the suspension, the seat, the frame, the light. It’s all well thought through. This bike feels very quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this bike to anyone.
