The bike is great,I've priced e-bikes everywhere and this was the best deal. Great value!!!

I waited to own and ride the bike for a few weeks before I gave a review I have owned 2 other electric bikes this is the best and eric makes sure you are happy, thinking about an electric bike look no further you will be happy

I have 165 miles on the bike. I feel it is a good concept just has some lower end components.
Even though M2S offered me a chance to have a bike shop adjust some concerns I had, I attempted myself beings I am handy.
All in all the bike runs great. I am pleased with it for the price. You have to use the internet for information because not much information comes with the bike, just basic set up.
I bought it for my commuting to work, 15 miles a day. The bike makes riding in the wind and colder weather more tolerable. Hope it keeps me riding 4 and 5 days a week through the winter, were I would ride 1 or 2 days aweek normally.

I've had it for two months, and I use it 5 days a week to get to work and back. The trip is 8 miles each way, down city streets in Chicago. I always use it at level five, and I charge the battery every night, not that I have to. Everything I hoped it would be. I can finally ride to work without being all sweaty when I get there.

Great purchase!! Researched bikes for months and finally dropped the hammer. The All Terrain R750 is the perfect stealthy hunting machine. Eric is easy to talk too and will set you up with the correct bike you need !

After 2 month of using it I’m really happy with my ebike and it’s time to update my first review from a 4 stars to a plenty 5 stars. I’m a 63 years old who traded his 12 years old KONA mountain bike for this Dual Sport R500 ebike and could say: this pushes me out to exercise more!
All the specifications and performances mentioned on the m2sbikes website are true and not overrated. Customer service, before and after buying, was of a magnificent 5 stars. The new controller & display (send as a replacement) do their job as intended by Eric crew (id est: very well. Thank you Eric for sending the replacing hardware on my billing address instead of the shipping address for the bike! ) The battery is lasting longer than advertised (80 km→50miles) if using only level 1 of assisted pedaling and throttling on occasions only. I never used it beyond level 3 assisted pedaling from a total of 9 because no further adding up was ever necessary; the bike is a rocket! After 80 km, even if the display shows “empty battery”, 2 of 4 LEDs on the battery were still lighting by checking them up, which means that Eric was right saying that at least 30% is still there (as a battery protection issue) when the display shows empty battery. I’m very content with the full suspension which delivers a good riding comfort and performance. Hydraulic breaks are a plus too!
I upgraded the seat post to a KS 100mm (4 inch) dropper with a max gel flow super-design Selle Italia saddle for maximal riding comfort, the back light to a Fabrik Li-ion back light driven by an accelerometer and mounted very light & small Mucky Nuts mudguards. I’m in love with my bike now.

Small confusion/delay in the shipping but overall I am happy
One other suggestion would ba a better owners manual as the one supplied seems like just a generic ebike manual...however their website makes up for most of that.

wow what a great bike! this thing just wants to go and looks great too. high end components and really well built. When the bike arrived the shippers had torn up the box and lost the smaller box inside with the pedals and charger but Eric got right back to me and had another sent to me in just a couple of days. great service!! do your research and you will not find better for the money. went to a local shop and the e-bikes were very expensive and they really didn't know much about them. thanks for making cycling fun again

This is my first e-bike so it has been an education in the new technology But I chose M2S and this model because the bike has it all (double suspension) mid-gear assist with throttle control, hydro disk breaks, 3” tires and a good price with free shipping. All high quality equipment and a bike with a nice look. I had several dumb questions which owner Eric himself quickly answered via email or phone. He is understanding and very helpful. This was a new model, so one problem was that there is no owner’s manual and some glitches in installation. Not all videos on line address install questions and the web site seems less organized for problem solving. This model bike seems to have had controller problems. But Eric shipped out new controllers to all owners proactively. I’m testing mine out now. I had to purchase a handlebar riser to get the handlebar up an inch or two

This bike is sturdy and heavy and you will need a special (read more expensive) bike carrier most likely. True for all heavier fatter tire bikes. I am a 5’ 5” woman and it fits well, with adjustments. Having a lower angled mid bar helps.

The battery so far, well exceeds the minimum distance cited since it rides so well and has good shifting/gear range that I only use the pedal assist very infrequently, even with all the hilly roads here.
Summary: Good honest caring company and a high quality e-bike with quality parts for a good price value. It will get you back into bike riding and keep you wanting more time on the road or trails.

When I was looking for an electric fat bike, I eventually came across the M2S website. After doing quite a bit of research including what I found on the M2S website combined with the excellent price, I decided to order this bike for myself. I've ridden the bike on pavement as well as single tracks, and have enjoyed my time on the bike very much. The mid-drive is very smooth and responsive, and the range is excellent. Eric was very helpful as I got things set up, and I count myself a happy customer.

I received my ALL TERRAIN 750 right before my month long Colorado archery deer and elk hunt. I was able to quietly get in to places in 15 minutes that used to take me over an hour to hike in! If you are a serious hunter that wants to get away from the crowds to hunt then you NEED one of these bikes. I did a ton of research and comparing and M2S hands down has the best bike / customer service for the price, period!

Very excited about this bike. Being mechanically inclined the little there was to assemble was no problem but for someone who isn't without the standard instructions may struggle. This is a fun bike and I love the pedal assist.

Well designed and very simple to assemble. I have used this for groceries and coolers. I love how easy it is to transport all types of goods, I will be using it soon for camping gear to tow behind my R500 bike.

I purchased this trailer to go with my All Terrain R750 this makes a great package for hauling extra gear on hunting/camping trips. Trailer is heavy duty and light weight and pulls easily when loaded.

Got my fenders and the look like they will work great. Waiting for the rain to test them. I'm in Seattle so shouldn't be a long wait.

I have had my scout R350 For about a little over a week the bike is awesome it rise extremely smooth the motor is very responsive the five pedal assist we’re very smoothly all and all I highly recommend this bike if you want to have one this is the bike for you assembly Is Eazy

Took a little bit to get but well worth the wait. I love this bike. Right now using it to commute to work. Works great and the long distance you can ride makes it well worth the money.

I would have rated it a 5 but when I received the bike the seat to the seat post was loose. The bonding agent didn't bond. It took 2 emails to get a hold of Eric. Eric sent me a new seat post and everything is great. I weigh 260lbs and this bike fly's!!! I live in a very hilly area and with the peddle assist I make it up very steep hills. I'm still learning how to use the bike to it's maximum. I did take out for a 10 mile ride without the motor and it rode great. The bike is heavy at 52lbs but it rolls fine. I just did a 35 mile ride, with steep hill's and a big down hill, the bike handled great. I'm a Machinist of 33 year's and I can tell high quality. I brought the bike into work and we we're going over it, everyone in the shop was impress.
This is going to be fun

I haven't enjoyed riding a bike this much since I was in grade school. The assist and the tire size make it truly fun again. With the effort it takes to walk briskly, I'm moving along at 20mph. Fantastic!
