I have been very well pleased with my entire buying experience with M2S bikes. Sean was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with helping choose the right bike for me. The assembly was perfect, but getting to ride this awesome bike is the best part! Would highly recommend M2S bikes!!

Very happy with the Scout bike thus far! On-line instructions/guides for M2S are very good, and very helpful! It can be difficult in some areas to find a bike shop that will service e-bikes that they did not sell, so DYI can be necessary with such bikes, and M2S has had great on-line resources!

The team at M2S Bikes in Arden were outstanding! They allowed us to ride and try out anything the warehouse we wanted too. This solidified out selection. They answered all questions and were extremely helpful with any resources or accommodations for service we may need! We've only ridden about 50 miles on them, but we have been so impressed with the service and quality we have already referred friends! You won't go wrong with this product or team!

Love the new bike, just taking me a little time to get to know it. Someday maybe this model won’t be so heavy, but overall I’m very happy with its performance

All Terrain Scout ST
Nice ride from getting to point A to point B, wish it was a little bigger and the battery drains quicker after two days of riding compared to the all terrain HT, of course it has a bigger battery.
