Top Notch! Respectable company to work with. Purchased my bike couple weeks ago in July 2022. Arrived quickly. I cross threaded one pedal during assembly, totally my fault. I reached out for a solution and M2S offered to send me a new crank shaft free of charge. Kudos on the customer service. Top notch! Love the bike. Totally fun experience being my first E-Bike.

This is my first E bike. I wanted something that I could tail ride in the woods with, and this bike really gets it done! I am pleased with ms2 bikes overall. From purchase to delivery, all was great. Now Im looking at getting my girlfriend her own since she loves mine.

Bike Fenders
Look good, easy install however I over tightened front connection and broke the headlight mount pastic so I had to make a metal headlight mount. Back fender I drilled two small holes in it to zip tie it to rack for added support. Havenât used them in wet conditions yet. Had wet dirty face without them.

I have waited to right this review till after 200 miles on the bike. It has shown no signs of wear and is still a beast. The perfect e-bike for anyone looking to shred the trails.
