The bike is awesome! Plan to put it to use this hunting season. Has plenty of power and moves through off road conditions with ease. (I’m 5’11” 190lbs). I did upgrade the seat post and saddle which made bouncing across rough terrain much better. This is my first ebike and M2S sold me with their great customer support and helping me decide which bike would work best for me. Very glad I took there recommendation on the scout. Would recommend this bike and M2S to anyone!

The ebike is an amazing machine. I did allot of research on different company's and M2S was the winner. It had the a bike with everything I was was looking for at a reasonable price. I liked the fact that the parts were name brand so I will be able to do maintenance at my local shop, and I needed the large mid motor bafang combo. It takes me (264 LBS) up a very steep hill (almost .5 mile long without pedaling. No Joke, if your looking for a ebike for getting up hills, this is it. The welds are perfect, and I am a picky person. What clinched the deal was the first time I called the customer service an actual person answered the phone. I placed my order right then and the ebike shipped to me in about 5 days total. Assemble took no time, I did have another question, and guess what, when I called someone answered again !! Great bike Great customer service, buy from this company. Michael

My part came as promised. I put it to use right away, and it formatted itself to my bike all by itself. We took a 8 mile ride on the C&O canal in Maryland.

Love my bike. Talked to customer support before buying and they were helpful and cool. Shipping was fast and easy and the bike came set up and ready to go. Definitely recommend M2S if your looking to buy an ebike. Based on my research they have the best component spec for the price.
Took the bike out on the trails and it's super fun. Really fast and smooth. I was deciding between the Ultra hardtail and Ultra full suspension. Hindsight I would get the full suspension instead of the hardtail if I could do it again but i'm still happy with the purchase. 10 out of 10.

let me start off saying that I'm new to the ebike world and really didn't know what to expect when I decided to make this purchase. From the delivery service they use to seeing the quality of this bike in person impressed me immediately!!! Then I rode the bike and was blown away beyond any expectations I could of had. This thing is a blast to ride on any terrain and has plenty of power to get you down the trail, down the road and to assist you up large climbs. I'm a dirt biker and was skeptical about a bicycle with an electric motor, though I wanted something for local mountain bike trails where I am unable to take a dirt bike and this M2S bike did not disappoint. I've had it for 2 weeks now and have over 100 miles on it already. Just buy it you'll be glad you did. Thank you M2S

This bike is a beast and looks awesome! Blacktop, gravel/dirt trails and most impressive on rough muddy rocky trails. I even put a seat on the rear rack for my son to go trail riding with me and the bike responds with instant power when needed. The fat tires keep us moving with insane stability. I recommend all day every day!!

Love it. Great rear suspension. I feel nothing back there hitting my spine. And it's built like a tank. Very fast off the mark. 19ah battery took me 40 mi with 10% left and there were hills. And the 1000 watt Bafang is smooth, strong and quiet. I researched a bunch of bikes and this is the best buy for the buck.

Would have been 5 stars but the tires can't handle a deep goat thorn. Otherwise it's an awesome ride to work

So far, after about a week, it's a great bike. I have no complaints, other than I can't find a front basket, or a handlebar stem extender, on your list of accessories? Do they exist?

6/16/22- I'm 56 and haven't been an avid mountain bike rider, but have ridden an older MB for exercise for a few years. The VERY first day I put my Ultra HT together (5/28/22), I sought out a fun trail here in central Missouri. I hammered out 15-18 mid-difficulty miles! I felt like superman, charging up paths that would have had me in cardiac distress on a non-EV super bike. I've logged over 100 miles so far. Highly recommend the Ultra HT!!!
