Working with Eric made this order easy! He knows his bikes and helped me on my decision of which bike I should get. It is setting in my Garage right now for I put it together yesterday with the help of the videos supplied on M2S site. I charged the battery yesterday and will take it for test ride today. Well made and good looking bike and I will let you know more after the bike has been ridden.

I bought the R750 as a 4 seasons bike. I am so impressed with the build quality. The Bafang 750 watt motor propels this beast up any hill that you point it at. What suprised me is how agile this is on trails. Precipice on one side and jagged rocks on the other? No problem, feather the throttle and coast away from the danger zone. Didn't properly anticipate downshifting gears to climb a hill? A little blip of the throttle and rapid downshift will keep you sailing. I have a smile plastered on my face while cruising down roads at 28-30 mph without breaking a sweat. With 9 different levels of pedal assist I can fine tune my level of physical exertion. Customer service is great. My motor developed a squealing noise at certain rpm levels. I emailed and spoke with Eric and I'm getting a new motor wheel and tire next week..all covered by warranty. Excellent customer support! Finally, I didn't mention the price. $1,750. No tax and free delivery. What a bargain. Some competitors advertise their fatbikes for $1449. What you don't get are hydraulic disc brakes and a 16 ah battery. The few companies that offer upgrades will charge an additional $500 plus just to match the specs on this bike. Finally (again)... I don't need an electric bike bike I wanted one. I'm fit, no injuries or physical disabilities. This bike allows me to customize my rides, takes me further and gets me there faster. I use this bike daily which is something I'd never do with a conventional bike. Last little info tidbit... opt for the shock fork if you do any trail riding. Your body will thank you.

I've ordered two bikes, the duel sport full suspension and most recently the all terrain R750 fat bike. The 750 is an incredible bicycle and had exceeded my expectations. It's got a powerful motor and the off road option allows speeds close to 30mph on throttle alone! It's got 9 pedal assist speeds and it's power is felt immediately on speed 1 alone. The bike is very well built and durable. It has handled every terrain that I've ridden on with ease. No doubt about it this is a great bike and it was well worth both the wait and cost.


The only problem I've encountered is that I did not receive the spare battery that I ordered because they were all out. Hopefully I will receive it soon because it will really come in handy on some of my longer rides. It takes about 5-6 to charge the battery from my experience so far.

So to summarize, this is an outstanding bike, a blast to ride, and worth every penny.

I have been riding and racing motorcycles since the 70s . I no longer have anyone to ride with so I don't ride dirt bikes anymore . I still ride at an advanced age at 69 so I needed quality bike that will hold up and be equal to my ability . This Bicycle does it and I recommend it .

Outstanding, just about says it all. Easy to order. Came fairly quickly. Great packaging with the exception of enough protection for derailleur. Fit and finish outstanding. Even made in China sticker straight. Assembly videos spot on. Riding bike is virtually effortless. I'm 64 years old and have asthma. Quit riding bicycles about 15 years ago. Very excited to be able to ride again. Simply outstanding.

This bike is so fun to ride. Not only do I use it off-road on my hunting property, but I'm also riding it to work in downtown Minneapolis. It cuts my hour long bike commute time in half and still gives me a nice workout.

Already 500 miles in 6 weeks......running errands, casual rides w/ friends and/or hitting the trails off road......made some upgrades for comfort/safety.....larger, comfortable gel seat, changed out handlebars to 4" aluminum high-riser (much less "leaning forward posture"), left rear view mirror in handlebar end......great all around bike that lets you work as hard as you want or not! Usually in level 2 or 3 power mode. Excellent personal staff support from M2S in North Carolina........highly recommend the company and the XC Sport bike!

I received my order last May. It was 80% assembled already and was simple to complete. I initially had left front hydraulic leaking problems. Eric (M2S Support) was very helpful and I received the replacement with no further issues. I had skipping gear chain problems and had to get it replaced to resolve. I replaced the standard 42T crank with a 36T crank for better uphill climbs. I have been using it once a week on nearby mountain bike trails in my area and love the performance so far.

Did a lot of research and decided to go with this because it's a fatbike and the battery specs. I'm not disappointed. In fact, this is an exceptional bike and so far, it's a blast to ride.
The motor is quiet but, strong, the suspension works great, electronic system is very responsive and overall quality is impressive. I can't speak of the battery performance yet. I did purchase the extra battery because it makes sense in the long run.

There were shipping issues and the box arrived very damaged which initially may have caused a problem with the front fork, but, all is good now. If it wasn't for this, I would have given 5 stars. But, it's not the seller's fault. He has been very good about communication throughout the ordeal.

I highly recommend the R750 and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again. This bike is awesome.

Just received my R350 Scout. It is a quality ebike for a great price. 350W rear hub motor, 5 levels of pedal assist with thumb throttle over-ride, multi-function LCD display, powered headlight, 26" Kenda Smallblock Eight tires (80psi), double walled rims, aluminum Wellgo pedals, aluminum rear rack, Suntour front fork with lockout, hydraulic disk brakes, shock absorber seat post, rugged steel frame, front and rear fenders, and even a multi-tool for assembly. Packed very well and arrived in great shape. Assembly was as simple as install the front wheel, handlbars, rear rack, rear light, seat, fenders, and battery. I plan to commute this ebike 100 miles a week to avoid contributing to our congested SF Bay Area freeways (less stress!). I'm a 52 year old avid commuter cyclist recovering from a herniated disk and trying to avoid surgery. This ebike will provide low impact exercise and help my recovery. I've logged 40 miles so far, top speed is 24 mph. I'm very happy with this purchase. I have noticed what may be one minor issue in the controller of the pedal assist. There are 5 levels and it is supposed to be that assist energy increases from level 1 to level 5. However, on my bike level 3 is providing more energy than level 4. I've let the company know, but not really a big deal, since when riding you typically pick a level and either leave it alone, or use the the thumb throttle to modulate the energy. Over all, I am very happy with this ebike, would buy it again, and would recommend it to a friend.

I received my Bike on Monday and I have already put over 60 miles on it. Unreal ride, first two rides went about 25 miles on a single charge. Third ride lowered the PAS Mode to 1 sometime 2 and I had a full battery after 20 miles. Bike is very fast and powerful keep in I'm 6'6" 270lbs. Pulls me up hill doing 25 easy. If your thinking about ordering one don't wait pull the trigger you will not be disappointed. Only draw back you may have to stop and wait for your fellow rides that can't keep up lol. Eric has been great to work with with awesome customer service. Amazing bike for the price point you won't find a better deal anywhere, I searched for over 6 months before I made my purchase and this bike blows most away.

Modern 4 links transmission, powerful mid-drive technology. Perfect for cross country and light aggressive ride in downhill style, when motor helps you to go up back and ride down again ;)

I feel like superman. The bike was easy to assemble and only required a slight adjustment on the rear derailleur, change the computer to 36 volts, and kph to mph. I was able to ride 37 miles on a charge over a hilly course before the motor shut down. Even then, because of the low weight it rides like my other bikes. It's one cool looking bike which doesn’t even look like an e-bike. Can’t beat the price for a carbon bike. I just love it.

I like the continuous power this battery delivers from full charge to near empty , also the mileage I get on this battery is amazing. For trips over 40 miles I bring the extra battery.
