Throttle Assembly
Did not correct my problem but I don’t think it was the replacement part. Looking to contact Technical Rep for more direction.

Replacement Wheel Options - Rear Hub R750 Series
I had a mishap with my bike falling out of the rack on the bus, and drug it down the interstate for a while. The guys at Mountain 2 Sea repaired it quickly and for about a third of what I thought it would be. Can't say enough good things about the product and especially the service.

M2S helped me troubleshoot an electrical problem and provided a solution within a very short timeframe. These guys know their product, stand by it, and are great to work with. M2S can’t be beat!

Battery Service/Trade-in/Inspection
The service department at M2S is truly exceptional. I do not recall ever working with any other company that provided better service.

I am 72 years old and purchased a 750 all terrain. I have about 100 miles on it with no issues. This bike is well engineered and I would not change anything on it. I feel like I am in my forties because I can ride up the hills with ease. This has extended my bike riding.

Awesome bike. Runs great. Of course my son wrecked it already... his fault not the bikes. Everything held up great except the kickstand. Would recommend!

Great bike! Had the 19” frame bike before, but was really to tall for me and this 17” is perfect for my height 5’ 11”. Smooth and powerful bike

Thorough, non-glowing reviews seem to mystically get lost. This does not fit the Ultra HT, so we made it fit. Minimally meets expectations.

TrailSport HT
What a great bike! Super easy to finish assembling (less than 30 minutes). This is our 2nd M2S E-Bike. My wife rides a Scout and I the Sport HT. We needed bikes that could conquer the hills and mountains in Colorado and our M2S bikes do the job. Great E-Bikes, Superb service and support. Can’t get any better.

All Terrain R750 HT
I’ve ridden 120 miles so far (~90 miles street, ~25 miles gravel roads, and a few miles on easy to moderate single track (no jumps-I'm an old man).
It's very fast and the battery life is phenomenal! It handles awesome on the street and gravel roads. Also love the color display. And I'm happy that you have multiple frame sizes for taller riders. The bike looks super cool!
But the chain falls off, ALL THE TIME. It's hard to enjoy riding it cuz I'm constantly worried about the bike failing. And it's embarrassing to ride a brand new, expensive, broken bike. Maybe it's not expensive to some, but anyway.
The chain has fallen off the chainring ~8 times so far. And the chain has been sucked in between the chainstay and tire while remaining on the chainring an ADDITIONAL ~10 times. Causing chainstay damage every time. And of course it causes mild panic to me and everyone around each time it happened cuz it's very loud and I have to suddenly bring the bike to an emergency stop.
It generally happens after a bump in the road or trail, not necessarily such a big bump as would necessitate standing up, small bumps cause it too, depending on speed and lean angle? When the chain is sucked in it’s generally while moving at speeds 15+ with the derailleur in a low gear. The tire rubs slightly on the chain CONSTANTLY so it's always at risk of being sucked down. I've tried different tire pressures; makes no difference.
The wheel is not straight in the dropouts! It is angled horizontally towards the drive side, so it’s too close to the chain. Seems like the chain is too loose too. The dropouts are vertical so there’s no way to adjust the wheel angle horizontally to straighten its position in relation to the chain and chainstay.
M2S support provided many recommendations and done what was asked of me. I've spent 3+ hours troubleshooting this so far. Nothing helps. The chain keeps falling off, gets stuck between the tire and chainstay, makes a loud noise, scratches the chainstay horribly. Then I stop as fast as I can without crashing. I get my hands greasy putting the chain back on. Friends and onlookers ask WTF happened.
I just tell them: 'This is a brand new $2500 M2S bike. Buyer beware.'
FYI for product improvement: the rear brakes work fine, but they make a weird sound when applied hard. Not a squeaking sound, something else. It's loud and doesn't sound good. I just shake my head and pretend it's normal. And there's also something with the motor cutting out when peddling up a bumpy section of trail; I assume it's some safety feature to prevent motor damage or something. Makes for some exciting hill climbs peddling a 70lb bike without any motor assist 😂 I honestly can't worry about these other issues at this point. The chain falling off is all I think about when I'm riding the bike.
Re: design improvement: I'd recommend you change the location of the brake light mount on the rack on future models so it's not in harm's way. I haven't damaged mine yet but I'm pretty sure it will happen someday. Take a look at where the Rad5 brake light mount is on their rack. Mo' better.😀

Love my new All Terrain Ultra HT. Did a lot of research before buying and this is the best deal going for a powerful mid drive e-bike.

Replacement Motor
I recently had a power failure on my two year old AT750. A new controller didn't fix, so I got a new motor hub. A local bike shop installed it for $40. Wheel is back on and all is good. Jeff and the tech service dept. are very helpful. My concerns are why did this component fail after only 3,500 miles and would one expect the same failure in two years?

I have never worked on a cassette but was provided the slotted cassette tool which my mechanic used to remove and replace the hub motor. Thanks M2S!

Swagman Current E-Bike Hitch Rack
What a great E Bike!!! It took me less than 30 minutes to final assemble. And, this is our 2nd M2S BIKE! My wife has a Scout which she loves. Before buying an E-Bike we researched all on the market and M2S came out on top. We are not disappointed with out decision.
The Swagman hitch is PERFECT for our M2S bikes. It was super easy to assemble and the weight is not too heavy. Great Combo
