M2S Bikes - Replacement Chain
Did not like Ryan’s attitude, as he was telling me the brand new broken bike was my problem. He just needs some customer relations training. Everything worked out when the boss got involved. I’m now a happy customer

Good Morning Y'all Yep got my 750 step through frame last Friday
It was delivered and those guy were Johnny on the spot on time
The step through frame is perfect for me due to a partial knee replacement Can't swing over the saddle It is freakin fast and lots of power Ryan and Shawn were my customer service guys which after many months of searching I pulled the trigger and I'm happy I did
Love to buy a hoodie but my funds went to the bike
Thank you M2S

Replacement Wheel Options - Rear Hub R750 Series
Very quick response to my inquiry. Very easy purchase and check out. Only complaint was that replacement wheel had a black tape, instead of my factory red tape, covering the weight reducing holes in the wheel. This was not a big deal as I was able to transfer red tape from old wheel to new wheel. M2S has given me excellent customer service whever i have contacted them. I love my M2S bike!

Everything, and I mean Everything from start to finish of this purchase was great. I was so ignorant of E-Bikes tgat I had to call and ask 70 questions. Of course they answered every one, made some suggestions, helped me get a military discount and I place my order. The delivery from Kitzuma was awesome. Guy wheeled it off tge truck, put pedals on it, and I showered him with questions. I freaking LOVE this bike. I've always wanted a Mustang GT, and I got one 3days before this bike, and I've hardly driven it. That's a testimony in itself. I live with 5mi of just about everywhere I go. Been riding my M2S to all of them. Not a problem yet.

All of the buying experience has been great.
Up til now, the only feature I find lacking that I wish I had was a way to turn the bike off with a key to help prevent theft when parked. Or, if there was a way to prevent operation without entering a password on the touch screen.
Other than that, totally satisfied so far.

Bike is awesome! Got to use it for a week of hunting and made coming in and out of the woods simple quiet and scent free.

Bike is great but shipping is less so. A broken box was received and I cannot install the taillight due to missing parts and there was non-trivial scratches on a pedal.

I love it i thought it was supposed to come with the bike rack or have an option to get one. thats my only issue but everything else is awesome. everyone at my job wants one and its the center of attention everywhere i go. can not wait to go places. worth the money on time delivery, great communication, I paid for the assembly and it was all great. flew off a once from doing daredevil stuff. but loving every moment so far.

M2S Electric Bike Battery
While not your fault, unfortunately the new battery did not solve the problem. We are troubleshooting to see what the real issue is. Your service is excellent as always.

Haven’t had it in the woods yet. Been in the process of rigging it out for my intended purpose. Looks like I got it right. I’ll be heading to the Creek soon. 👍

Being my first experience with an e-bike, I did alot of research before purchasing a M2S. And being over 70 years old, I only want to own one bike that I could ride anywhere, paved or gravel roads and offroad trails. I am so happy with the All Terrain Sport R750 Pro. With limited physical ability now, I can confidently go anywhere. Very well made with quality welds. Accessories like hard wired lights, fenders and rear rack are all standard equipment.

This bike would earn 5++ stars from me if it had the ability to climb the hills in my neighborhood without me being REQUIRED to pedal. These are recents resurfaced, so very smooth, paved roads!
