The All Terrain R750 is a blast to ride. Paved roads, USFS unimproved roads, trails are fast and stable. A great bike! Great customer service!

Nice looking bike out of the box, very little to assemble. Being used to my mid motor older All Terrain, I haven't gotten used to the cadence assist compared to the torque. I am also having trouble with the gears slipping while pedaling even though I've put less than 10 miles on the bike and the chain is of course new. So every 4 rotations or so the gears slip.

HI David,
Thanks for sharing your review with us. The cadence sensor on your bike will feel substantially different than a torque-sensor driven motor, however both designs can be equally as fun :)
Send an email over to Support@M2SBikes.com if we can help with any specific questions you may have about your new bike!

I wish I had known the wheels were 29" not 27".

Hi Brett,
Our hard tail offerings in our Sport category will roll on 27.5" or 26" wheels depending on frame size, but you are correct that our full suspension Sport R750 FS uses a 29" rim.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your review and hope you have fun on that next adventure.

Love my bike! I bought it to hunt off of but I’m riding it much more than that. It is great for accessing my stands. It is silent, scent free, and with the addition of a cheap snow sled will get a deer out of the back country!

These bikes are great! Super fun and easy to ride, first time using an E-bike and it is a blast. Bikes are very comfortable and user friendly. Can’t wait for more adventures on my M2S bike! And the people working at M2S are super helpful and friendly with any questions I’ve had. Great purchase all around!

Great bike! Packaging was very beat up and paint rubbed through on one fender. I wish there was a more comprehensive manual for operation and for repairs on the bike, with exploded views. Great customer support though.

The bike was packaged well and M2S was excellent about keeping in touch regarding delivery schedule. When bike arrived one of the bolts to hold the handle bars was bent over and unusable. Everything else went together very easy. I have used the bike multiple times. It is heavier than I thought it would be. It fits my needs well.

I give it 4 stars for a few reasons.
1. The seat is very uncomfortable especially if your going to ride for any long length trip
2. The front fender is both to short and not positioned in the right spot. Dirt slings off the dirt and onto me while riding. this is very bad on early morning rides when the ground is wet. after first trip on bike I had to start bring a small towel with me to wipe off with.
3. In my opinion the back rack needs to be a little wider or have the option to choice a wider one?

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for sharing your review. We are always interested to hear how we may be able to improve our bikes :)
If you are not finding the stock saddle to your liking the EVO Cruiser Saddle that we carry in our accessories department could prove to be a perfect alternative. Send an email over to Sales@M2SBikes.com if you would like any additional help in lining one up!

Great solid bike. The battery last a long time. I'm local and have called about service questions. Very helpful intelligent staff. It does take a little effort to load on bike rack but now got it figured out.
I'm going to get another for me. This one is wifey's.

Bike exceeds my expectations. If I had to point out one thing I would change - it would be to move throttle to right side ( which I did ). Awesome bike!!!!

HI David,
Thanks for sharing your review! We appreciate your suggestion. For many of our customers having the throttle on the left size of the bars keeps things a little less crowded, which works well for riders who may have smaller hands. Glad to know you were able to get your bike set up just the way you wanted! Have a great next ride!!
