Good looking ebike , rides smooth. Was on truck for its destination the following day after ordered. Once it was at its destination, took longer than the trip from its origin to deliver.Box was torn luckily no damage. Other than that it’s a great electric Bike.

Scout vs. Radrunner...I have both.
The Scout-pros... is lighter with more assist levels and gears, and a more powerful motor... therefore more power and speed. The Scout-cons...rear rack and basket are much smaller than the radrunner and the front basket has a cup holder welded to the corner rendering the basket useless for larger items like a bag of groceries or a cooler. The handlebar is small and adding accessories such as phone holder or extra light are nearly impossible. The Scout step-over height is higher than the Radrunner.
I prefer lower. I like both bikes. Wish the Radrunner was more powerful and wish the Scout was better designed...room for improvement for both...

Great Ride! Good to get out there and go places I am too old to climb to. Thinking of getting a second for my summer house.

Fast response to questions on my 3-1/2 year old bike. They even sent me a screw for my discontinued bike at no charge.

I didn't know this bike was made in China, thought it was made in North Carolina USA. It has no instructions other than the shock either.

Adjustable Utility Rack
I had a hard time getting this rack installed. I sent an email to customer service and was blown away with the detailed pictures they sent to me that made it easy. This is exactly why you want to buy from M2S! Top notch service!!!!! The rack is on and is perfect on my Ultra Terrain HT.

The bike arrived in perfect condition via kitzuma delivery service. Eric and Shaughn with M2S were involved from purchase to delivery. Their involvement was the best experience, considering my being nervous about on line shopping for a bike clear across the USA. The bike is so well built and solid. The welding and paint immaculate. This bike makes my current Trek mountain bike look like a wimpy walmart purchase. I am using the bike for hunting in the Oregon mountains and checking my camera trap line. No traps, just photos and videos. There is no way I could have purchased a bike of this quality here on the left coast. I am in my mid 70s and this will help a lot on all the game trails. I am super satisfied with the bike and my experience with M2S bikes and highly recommend. Kitzuma delivery was exactly on time in the delivery and Zach was really helpful in answering my questions about the bike.

The bike is liberating. Extremely well-built bike a real head-turner I believe I've already sold two in the neighborhood. Customer service is great... additionally! Very proud of my purchase and have no regrets whatsoever.

I got the medium for myself and the step-thru style for my wife. Ive been riding both and so far I love them! The medium is a bit more cushy for longer rides and the step thru has a more sporty feel and it is SUPER FUN! They arrived tipped over in the truck and the paint on one fender got scratched pretty good. One message to customer service and they sent out a new one right away. I like the metal fenders vs the plastic, and I was a bit bummed I didn't get the juggernaut tires that wete on the bike in the pic but not enough to give any less than 5 stars. Fun bikes, great customer service!
