So far so good. I love it. Fast. Handles well. The customer service has been superb. Looking forward to running it in the woods.

We purchased the AT Sport R750. Received them in excellent condition. They were packed nicely. Assembly was very easy. Charged the batteries to full charge and have rode them for 20 miles so far and they still show a full charge. So far they are really nice! I am super happy with them. Every time I’ve reached out to them regarding any updates M2S has always answered promptly. I would recommend these bikes to anyone wanting to get into ebikes. Just be aware that the ports are super backed up and may take a min to get your bike. Not M2S fault but it is something to keep in mind if you are needing a bike on a time line. Tommy, Texas

Bike works great so far. only put 30 miles on it so far mostly in the woods roads. still has half of power left and use throttle half of time. seat not good for off road!

This bike is a beast, and I'm loving it! (AT R750 FS) The purchase process was super easy, and it was at my door about a week after I ordered it. No complaints there! The OD driver pointed out a gouge in the cardboard box when he was dropping it off, but I looked, and I couldn't see that anything was damaged. The bike was well packaged and easy to assemble. It looks much cooler (and meaner) than the pictures on the website would indicate! The rear brakes weren't really grabbing when I took it out for its maiden voyage, but the video in the help section about "bedding in" the brakes did the trick. I did put a note in to customer service about this, and they were very quick to respond and had some helpful adjustment pointers for me. And yes, you're going to need every bit of braking power you can get, because this bike is HEAVY. But, I knew that coming in, so I shouldn't have been surprised. Just be ready for some straining the first time you go to lift this guy into the back of your truck! As for the ride, I am 100% pleased. The motor is powerful, and it makes pedaling up the steeps a breeze. Then, the real fun begins! Descending on this bike is a blast! The suspension soaks up everything the big burly tires don't. I've already bombed it down several steep, rugged trails with some 2-3 foot drops -- no problem! My wife has a rigid-frame fat tire e-bike from another manufacturer, and there is simply no comparison. This bike completely blows hers out of the water. It is faster/more powerful, infinitely smoother on the rough stuff, the battery lasts longer, it looks much cooler, and it only cost a couple hundred bucks more -- DEFINITELY worth the extra few bucks -- I don't even like to get on hers anymore! Bottom line: if you're just cruising the neighborhoods or riding fire roads, this bike may be overkill for you, but if you're riding technical, rough trails with any drops, this is the bike you need!

it has been flawless so far. would like a better seat (which i ordered) and maybe a bigger readout.

Box arrived damaged and the bike and basket have a few bare spots where the paint has been scrapped off. Also had to realign the rear fender as it was off on one side and close to rubbing on the tire. Seems I also missed securing the bike stand as it fell off, today, as my wife rode into work.
She does love the bike, but the quality checks could have been better. We know we should have made contact about the damage box and the paint issues but as we waited a good while, since June, to receive the bike we made a decision to accept as is and move on.

Sweet bike 👍🏼 Long wait but worth it

Overall I'm enjoying the bike with a few small issues.

1. The seat is horrible, worst bike seat I've ever experienced. I already swapped it out with the one from my old bike.
2. I ordered medium frame and at 5'8" tall I need to be on tip toes to touch the ground even with the seat low and stand over height on the top bar is a bit too close for comfort.
3. I wish the low end torque was better for really steep hills.
4. Documentation was poor. There is no user manual, no information on the components such as battery make and configuration, (I investigated on the web and it's a Reention battery probably using Samsung NCA cells), no information about the motor controller or the front forks. They have videos about some of the bike features but it's not convenient having to sit through a whole video when trying to find a specific bit of into, especially when the video doesn't contain the information.

Even with these complaints the bike is a lot of fun and I'd recommend it as a good choice at this price point.

Bike arrived in good condition when promised.
I like almost everything about it. The power is incredible. I wish the throttle wasn't as sensitive.
Really jumpy. Also I wish bafang would create a crawl mode for slowly going up steep hills and in tight spots.
Overall great bike though.
