Thank you guys for getting these shipped out in a rush! Got them to me just in time for a 2 week elk hunt!

I don't know where to start but this bike is incredible. I bought it for hunting and couldn't be more impressed. This bike is so well built, solid as can be and incredibly fun to ride. Wow does it move. From the second I took it out of the box it was obvious that this thing is well built. It's a tank but no heavier than other eBikes. The power is unreal in this Ultra motor compared to the BBSHD motor I had in a different brand bike. Shipping was quick and easy, very impressed by Old Dominion. The biggest factor though, and those of you who have owned other brand ebikes know, is M2S' customer service. It is great, you call and a friendly person who want to help answers the phone. I called with questions before and after purchase and found a very friendly person on the other end of the phone each time. In the world we live in where many companies have thrown customer service out the window this was such a nice change of pace. This is the best buying experience I've had in the last 2 years and this bike is great. It is such a great value for the money too for all the options on it. Thank you M2S.

Fast shipping got it in a couple days, motor fit perfect, the job went flawless !! Thanks MTS for the fix . Works great ! Great costumer service, John “K”

Easy to install.
Works great!

As a senior who had been adding electric kits to road-use bicycles and recumbents for nearly a decade, I chose M2S for unpaved road adventures based on strong recommendations from shop owners. I have not been disappointed by the high quality, extraordinary support and riding confidence inspired by fat tires and full suspension. The display and pedal assist factory settings spot on. After a stem riser, comfort seat and dropper seat post were added, I think perfection has been achieved. Many thanks to the M2S team.

This company is absolutely amazing. I ordered the 750 all terrain integrated and I love it. I ordered the large frame and I’m 6ft and the bike feels a little big at first but after riding it for a few miles and going over obstacles it is perfect. The craftsmanship is excellent. The customer service is impeccable. I had many questions about the bike and what one to get and they always responded VERY quickly. The shipping time was super fast. Within a week I had it in my possession. A lot of other companies advertise a 2-3 day ship but when you call them the bike is out 2-4 weeks. I can’t thank the team from M2S enough!

Great bikes. It has made my commute so much more fun and my wife and I can’t wait to get our bikes out on some fishing trails.

Extremely fast shipping . This bike is a cadalic the front suspension is really nice the hydrolic breaks will stop on a dime and great battery life 100% satisfied

Awesome bike I definitely recommend them!

delivery was fast, and brake pads went in Easley

Great quality rack. Solid and easy to install.

Nice additional safety feature, at a great price. Shipped quickly and super easy to install.

Resolved noise from front wheel. Was bent slightly during shipment. I contacted M2S and they sent out another rotor immediately. Well made and packaged well for shipment. My M2S FS COMMUTER BIKE has been awesome.

Great bike - I love riding it. Good customer service, bike shipped in a few days and was not damaged like the Aventon EBike that I bought several weeks earlier that came in damaged and is still not assembled. Would definitely purchase again from M2S!

I had an issue with the battery and contacted technical support. They were responsive and timely with fixing the problem.

So far so good! Came well wrapped and easy to assemble... but from China via Ashville, NC HQ?? It's a "head turning" bike and love the power boost on way home after a long tennis match. Great value and well equipped. Including the mirror and a seat option would have been nice and further separate M2S from the competition! Rep helped me with shipping cost (competition ships free!) that sealed the deal!

It did not come with right mounting hardware.

Just got them. Just awesome.

Great well built bike. Easy to assemble. It would be a definite improvement if it came with an adjustable handlebar stem for older riders.

I really appreciated the willingness to send me a new charger when the original one failed. I do feel like it gets too hot for my comfort level. I'm charging my battery outside because I fear a fire hazard in my garage. It does work effectively, although I have yet to see a green light. (I'm terminating the charge early because of what I read about charging fully)
