More pros than cons, need to give it a try in snow this Winter. This bike is pretty fast, I wish it had full throttle instead of pedal assist and fenders make a little noise when hitting a few bumps. For the money, I think it was a good deal and the bike definitely looks beefy. Thinking about buying another m2s for my son, but we are still evaluating this bike over time.

I received the bike within 7 days of placing the order. There was slight damage to the derailleur body which I thought was just cosmetic but I did have to readjust it as multiple gears were skipping. The jockey cage did not seem to be bent. Assembly was easy and I did not have to adjust any other component so I’m very pleased with the bike.

Great bike. I purchased it at the recommendation of a friend who has 2. Near my home I ride a trail primarily built for walkers & cyclists. It has performed as hoped. I’m very pleased & have not regretted my purchased. Customer Service has good too! I was surprised that there was no place for a water bottle though.

The cap is very well made and my wife says it looks really good on me. I like it!

The chain oil is an excellent product for any bike. My experiences with M2S Have been nothing but excellent I am very happy with the bike that I purchased, and all the support products I purchased overtime, this company is excellent and responds quickly

I love this bike! I’m 270 lbs and took it for an initial ride without the battery and it was effortless on flat terrain! Then the next ride was with the battery and was i blown away! It Cary’s me around like I’m skinny! lol l am very pleased with my purchase of my All Terrain R750 HT!!!

I was skeptical about buying an ebike online because the parts availability worried me. They had the part and they shipped it promptly. Not worried like I was before this experience.

This is such a juggernaut of an e-bike. I use it for daily commuting up in Alaska, year-round. Most of my commute is street commuting, but during the winter it feels like more off-road with all the snow and ice. This bike handles 6-8 inches of snow without difficulty. I have wiped-out more times than I can count (this winter I plan of getting studded tires) and this bike has taken a beating without breaking a sweat. All the electronics are in perfect working order. I have only replaced lubes, brake pads, bike seat, and innertubes so far.

This is such a high-quality bike, especially for the price. Customer service has been nothing but punctual and helpful for me as well.

Pros
- Great power, can easily get up to 25-30mph
- Grippy brakes, more than adequate stopping power for a >60lbs bike going at 30mph in city traffic
- Durable and reliable. I have put minimal maintenance into this bike over the past year, and it runs great
- Comes ready-to-ride. Just attach the front wheel and you're good to go. No adjustment of brakes or derailer needed.
- Fairly comfortable ride for a hardtail

Cons
- Definitely helps climbing hills, but don't expect it to do all the work if you're goin up a large gradient
- Very heavy, biking without any power (I ran the battery out once) is a chore
- Fenders provide incomplete coverage, if riding in rain/wet conditions expect to get wet

The most fun I've ever had riding a bike. This beast will take on everything you can throw at it and then some. It also quickly gets you to where you really want to be riding it, with power to spare. I can't wait to see what else it can do!

Shipped quickly

I've ridden about 75 miles on my bike since purchasing it and the good outweighs the bad for sure but there are a few things that I am not thrilled about with the bike.

First, the good. It is soooo much fun to ride. I used to ride a front suspension hardtail and have never owned a FS bike, it's taken some getting used to but I am loving it more and more every ride. The pedal assist is amazing and really extends the time that I am able to ride trails. It's a big bike and heavy so throwing it around on a trail is definitely taking some getting used to. I love that you have the option to tweak around the settings to really personalize your riding experience (we bought my wife's ebike from another company and this is not an option). The customer support has been amazing, I am an ecom customer support manager and every time I have a question it's answered within a matter of minutes.

On to the not so great. I've already had to take it to a bike shop to have it tuned as the derailleur was not gearing correctly out of the box. The rear disc brake really takes a hard squeeze to lock the brakes up whereas the front break is more of tap to lock it up so I assume I'll have to take it back to a shop to have the brakes bled. The front fork is apparently broken already as I did not see anywhere during the setup that I needed to adjust it for the rider weight and M2S will not cover it due to the fact that I am a larger rider at 6'7" 290lbs.

I am sure I will get these kinks worked out and I understand these bikes are on the lower end of the price spectrum for an ebike so I can only expect so much out it.
