TrailSport FS
Sport R750 FS--Bike is really good though motor feels more like 500 vs. 750 watt. Suspension is best part, trail riding is very comfortable. Biggest complaint is a lack of documentation on the website. While there's several docs out there, none are specific to the bike I have or it's features (air suspension, for example). Also, do my tires have puncture-resistance? No idea, frankly. Lastly, I'd like to purchase a 2nd battery, yet there's no place on the website to do that. Seems like a missed opportunity.

I just want to tell you guys how much I appreciate your open communications & that you delivered on your estimated time to ship!
The last place I had ordered an ebike from in January kept pushing the ship dates out & I see that their bikes still haven’t arrived from overseas!
You guys have recognized how much customers value their order information & honest, realistic lead-times. I believe that will put you ahead of most other ebike suppliers! Keep up the fantastic work! The time you have invested in your customer service has earned M2S this enthusiastic “attaboy” & I will do what I can to promote your bikes to the people in my bubble!

I was very disappointed that there was not a manual to see how to put this together! The front tire was suppose to have the tread in the same direction as the rear tire but if I did that the front brakes would not work! I am not sure how it works when I ride it? I do not have any directions to show me how it works.

Beautiful rugged beast of a bike! But don’t let the looks fool you, it’s a smooth, stable ride. The torque sensor makes the super powerful Bafang motor ease into the assist no matter what level is selected. I was able to keep the assist at Level 1 for a 20 mile urban assault ride around the Atlanta hills during mid day heat. Arrived back home and didn’t feel like a worn out old noodle. Still got a refreshing workout, but could have upped the assist for lesser impact if I wanted. My only issue was the bike arrived with a front tire that was not seated properly and a little out of round. But, I was able to easily reseat the tube and tire and it was perfect after that. The rest of the bike was nicely tuned and the shifter worked as it should. Can’t wait to get it in the dirt where it belongs!

I’ve had my All Terrain R750 for 2 weeks now and I couldn’t be more happy with my overall shopping & delivery experience with M2S Bikes. Your website is packed with very helpful information and product videos. Your customer service is amazing! I had so many pre purchase questions that were all patiently answered. Lastly, the quality of my bike. I mainly ride city streets and light trails but I’m confident that my bike will stand up to any extreme challenge that I throw at it. Everywhere I go I get so many compliments on my bike, like “man that’s a serious bike!” “Wow that’s a really nice bike!” There are a lot of electric bikes on the market but not all electric bikes are built like an M2S bike!

Easy to finish up the wheel, pedals, and handle bars. Easy to learn and change the display. Fun to get around town and on the trails. I am 6 ft. 4 in. and I only had to raise the seat about 2 inches.

I was quite disgruntled by the first person I interacted with during this problem. The first person was difficult and obstinate but alas, someone came through and did the right thing; for that I’m grateful.
