We weren't sure what the issue was, turns out we think it was the main display. Your Customer Service sent out various replacement parts...we re-wired everything, mounted the new display and I am back in business. We spent hours troubleshooting, but your staff was with us every step of the way. I recommend you to all my friends & family. Several have already purchased ebikes from you! we lost the front tire on our electric bike and called M2S to see what we needed. They sent the product and we had it in 2 days... wrong part... but not a problem, they sent us a shipping label and we returned it, but the new part was here within 2 days again. It took longer to get the tube and tire from another company than it did the needed parts from you. We were back up and running again within a week of calling. Amazing! Thank you so much and we will never drive away and leave a tire again!

Absolutely love it! This bike has opened up my ability to continue to ride at 66! I average 15-18 miles per trip on gravel and class 4 roads in Vermont. Take a pounding and keeps on trucking. I would recommend getting a seat post that absorbs the impact of a hard tail ride. I also added a softer larger seat. The ride improved immensely. Breaks and gearing both respond and are very efficient. If I had an option to do anything different, I would get the largest battery available and order the Mid-Drive model so as to increase the motors torque. Vermont is very hilly and I find the rear hub model to be under powered on 7-8% grade hills. I can still make it up with the gearing in first and electric assistance but it’s still a workout!

I researched a lot of bikes before my purchase. "Bang for the Buck" has been hands down in their favor. Not only is the product solid, but their team is extremely helpful. Three friends have now purchased their bikes based on my experience and all say the same thing. Keep up the good work M2S.

I got my replacement part quick....it was easy to install. I love my R 750 HT stepthru bike. I haven't had it long but very happy with it so far.

Hi folks, just wanted to leave a review after a year of ownership and riding. Most importantly, I wanted to share my experience with M2S customer service. Recently, I had a part that needed replaced on my Ultra FS and I explained to the guys that I needed the part quickly because I was leaving for a yearlong trip. I contacted M2S customer service and they had a step by step process that determined what exactly was needed. I was very happy to see they shipped out my part that very same day and arrived the following afternoon. That is customer service!

I really love my M2S Ultra FS. I did a lot of research before I purchased my bike and I am very pleased and content with this bike! Customer service response is top notch! They also have a tremendous amount of very good videos on most anything you can thing of that has to do with M2S bikes.

The cool thing is that I am headed out on a year long trip through the Western USA and I am so glad to have this bike along with me.

I will be dry camping, dispersed camping, boon docking, etc., and one of the duties that I am going to be using the Ultra FS for is scouting out possible campsites in more remote areas.. So, rather than drive my truck and camper down unknown terrain and possibly getting stuck, or no turnarounds, etc., I am going to park my camping rig in a safe place off a main road, then hop on my M2S Ultra and scout out the road for obstacles and a perfect spot. The roads I camp may be several miles long. Then I will ride my bike back to the camper and drive the rig to the spot I picked out!

Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to point out where the Ultra FS is perfect for this and many other duties along with just plain ol' fun bicycle riding!
