Haven't yet used the charger, so am rating the telephone interaction with M2S that led to the purchase. The employee sounded as though I had interrupted his nap, and the otherwise helpful information he provided was delivered in a bored monotone using as few words as possible.

The bike works well except for the rear suspension. I tried to adjust it 4 or 5 times and it does not seem to be engineered for the weight of the bike , which by the way is really heavy. I called the seller for service recommendations on it and was brushed off. Otherwise the bike is good. battery lasts a long time. Control switching is good. If you want to cruise around on roads and paths this bike will do well

My rear tire and components was damaged in transit. Although I was very disappointed as I so wanted to get out there and ride, one call to customer service solved the problem. They sent a replacement wheel that very day and I was on my way riding in 4 days. Customer service is the best I have ever encountered and my ebike is everything I was hoping for and more!

M2S Electric Bike Battery
This battery absolutely kicks butt, it gives you the freedom to go farther and faster. It weighs in at 11 pounds, but let's be realistic. I didn't buy a bike as beefy as this one being concerned about the weight, I wanted something robust so the few pounds over the stock battery really don't matter to me. I had no regrets whatsoever spending this type of money for a spare battery, and would do it again.
