Amazing bike, probably the best purchase I've made in my adult life!

These gloves have been a pleasant surprise. They fit extremely well, are quite comfortable and to this point has stood up to the beating I have put them through.

This was a replacement for a shock that blew out. I did not get the one pictured but they sent me the Original one that came with the bike. So far so good, great customer service

I can't say enough about the Ultra FS. It is awesome. The badass of all fat tire bikes! Lots of power, torgue and speed.

The rack is nice. The spacing for the rear forks wasn’t quite right so I had to modify. So far so good though. My saddle bags fit perfectly

Only ridden a few miles but I love this thing. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The rack I ordered required some modifications to mount but so far so good. Would highly recommend.

The battery is great but it is fewer amp hours than I really wanted. I was hoping to get a 16 amp hour battery but they were never in stock and I had limited time to find one. I only hope the 12 amp hour battery will provide the power and longevity I require.

We love our two M2S fat tire bikes. One motorized tire was damaged when it was crashed into by a motorcycle. With M2S' OUTSTANDING customer service and advice, we were able to repair the bent wheel for under $300!

Good service on parts

Great

After troubleshooting with Shawn at M2S, we determined the speed control went out on our HT750. M2S was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout this process and ordered us the new speed control. After replacing, the bike works as good as new! Thanks again!

It was a replacement for the original fork that was leaking. I was surprised that it actually bettered the ride. I didn't expect that.

Quick and concise every time. Your customer support is excellent.

To be honest, I was stressed at buying something this expensive unseen and unridden but that has all disappeared. From the onset of my purchase my experience has been very positive. My pre-purchase questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. The purchase went smoothly and the time between shipping and delivery gave me just enough time to prepare for its arrival by viewing the build videos. I was concerned initially having no idea what/who Old Dominion Freight was but my concerns were unnecessary as their communication was excellent. After Googling them upon receiving some tracking information I discovered that they had a hub just a few miles from my home so I could avoid the last step in the delivery and pick it up myself. They were, by all appearances, a very professional, clean, tightly run business and it was evident that my bike was handled carefully as the box was relatively unscathed. Upon getting it home and unpacking, all my "extra ordered" items were included in the box and the build was relatively easy and straight-forward. The bike itself is quite the machine. I purchased mainly to use as a hunting bike and will be testing it more fully in the fall but so far it has exceeded my expectations. If the bike was any taller I probably wouldn't have been as happy as the medium 17" has me at my limit (I'm about 5'7" so inseam wise I'm almost maxed out). So far so good, thank you M2S!

Dang fun so far! Feels like I'm driving a 4-wheeeler on the trail.

The bike is amazing in torque getting up hills.

Very comfortable ...

This bike is awesome! It's honestly overpowered, could scale a mountain. I love it.

Overall this is a great bike with excellent components for the money! Couple issues-I wish they sold the bike in a smaller size and made the back rack optional or easy to take off.
