So far great. Fat tires superb on downhill dirt, nibble when moving, hydraulic brakes great, need to work out settings for throttle and pedal assist, seems to be in setting 9 only or throttle won't work, could use a manual covering all the display settings, with throttle. Thanks,

So far so good. I’ve had the bike about two weeks with mostly small rides. I was very happy with the care to detail in design and appointments ie metal fenders, automatic lights, sturdy frame and drive parts. Feels good on pavement and gravel roads. I don’t recommend the bike for single track, it is large and reacts slowly for situations like tight uphill turns. The bike is large I am 8 feet 6 inches tall so in theory at the top of the scale for a medium frame and I can just barley stand over the cross bar. My only complaint with the folks at m2s is that I noted many tall people love their bikes and I wondered if I should get the step through version of the sport.I was assured the the bike would fit well and it does feel right when riding but definitely a bit awkward when standing and starting.. I would not purchase the 29er if I was any smaller than 5’8” and 150 pounds. I was in no hurry for the bike so it wasn’t a bother for me to wait several weeks (even though it said the bike was in stock) but others might take issue with that. Other than that the folks at m2s have been available, helpful and responsive. Overall I am happy with the bike for my purposes riding county roads into town and perhaps some bike packing into the mountains.

The only problem is that we order just one to see the size and quality and was so impressed we then wanted to order the all road scout for my wife and it is now out of stock until after the summer
I wish we could pre ordered but they don’t have that system capability

Love these bikes! Customer service was awesome. They answered all my questions. If they did not answer phone they called you back right away. The bikes are beautiful and fun to ride.

The integrated wasn’t in stock. There was a glitch in the system, but all was made right with a non integrated HT with a battery upgrade. Delivery was fast and the bike is great. The tires and tubes are awful in the smallest of briars. Will need to upgrade to some form of Kevlar tires of your looking to off-road much at all.

The mirror is great! Goes on easy and so much safer.

The bike arrived in perfect condition. I love it! My only complaint is poor communication in regards to long turn around time from order to receiving the bike. Emails giving updates is a way to fix this issue.
