I am from South West Pennsylvania with many "Rails to Trails". My wife and I wanted some exercise and ability to enjoy time together and the outdoors. These bikes were perfect...we can't wait to get on them and are getting great exercise. We are both in the upper 50's and the power of the bikes were great. Love the stability of the fat tires and the full suspension is awesome (you do not get beat up going over rough terrain). The gears to power ratio is perfect...No issues with the bikes and the service is excellent. M2S folks were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Nice fitting and gives adjustability to the heigh and angle of the handbags.

The bike came with 26" x 4" tires and should have been 26' x 4.5". But because I ordered a 19"bike and should have been advised to order a 17" the slightly smaller tires lowers the top bar a little in the right direction so its a trade off. The LCD Electronic Display requires some help to set up and the Guide is available if you ask for it. Seems like it should be mentioned right away and presented to a new buyer. I'd suggest that laminated cards with the settings and explainations be provided to customers. The bike rides very well. Steering control is smooth and the hydraulic brakes a super smooth. My R750 All Terrain HT lets you know you've hit a bup or hole so I'm adding a soft spring seat to help that out. The 750 Hub motor runs great and I enjoy riding the bike. Looking forward to some interesting trail rides in our bad lands.

Haven’t really had a chance to put it to the test, but the first 30 miles was impressive! We bought 2 bikes & my wife with her Sport RT750 finds it equally impressive! Haven’t figured out local support if needed, but impressed with M2S products & communication—come to Wyoming and we’ll go for a ride.

The pedals were not marked Left and right as stated in the instructions

I like the bike, but I can only go with 4 stars for two reasons: there is no provision for a water bottle and the seat post is not marked to show the maximum safe extension! The water bottle may not be a problem for some, and yes you can put a holder on the seat post if you don't intend to use a drop seat. But, not marking the seat post is, at least for me , a serious safety issue. Fix these two items and the bike would be a solid five. Riding in level one I can get over forty miles on the battery, And, the bike is fun to ride.

Our experience with M2S bikes has been excellent. When searching for ebikes, we knew that customer service was going to be critical as we were not going to be able to purchase through our local bike shop, which is quite small and doesn't even carry ebikes. Features and price, were important, too, of course, but working long-distance on an expensive purchase can be a bit trying. Not with M2S. They communicated promptly and answered all our questions. The bikes arrived as expected and in good shape.

And the bikes? Stunning! We got a pair of All Terrain 750's. Beautiful bikes that perform fantastically on the sandy dirt roads all around our home. The power is great and I can climb hills with ease. We look forward to putting many miles on them.

Bought the Scout for my wife for Christmas. She has a city e-bike now but wanted to get her off the paved trails onto the dirt. She doesn't have a lot of bike experience and none off road so I wanted a bike that got lots of traction, softer ride, forgiving, and a step through so she could quickly get her feet planted on the ground when needed. Wanted decent power, a throttle, and hydraulic disk brakes. Liked the adjustability of the handlebars and the more upright comfortable riding position. Wanted it to be a light as possible, easy to maneuver, and not a huge bike. She is 5'8" but not super strong. Also liked the racks and lights. SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS BIKE!! She literally rides it at least 15 miles everyday. All on trails around the area. I never thought she would ever enjoy trail riding this much. The only things I would improve on the bike would be to upgrade the forks a bit. The damping and travel is limited. Don't like how the wiring harness hangs down in a venerable spot under the bottom bracket. No need for 9 power levels on the motor...5 would be fine. Only seem to use 2-6. The bars could be a little wider. Other than those nit pick items it's a great bike. Great power, brakes, traction, ride, maneuverability, low center of gravity and fun. I would definitely recommend it.
