Cons: delivery was almost a month after quoted arrival. not really m2s fault but when checking in the update was that it was coming soon etc rather than just being straight with the arrival date. should have assembly directions in box instead of online. It was pre assembled wrong in a few areas which made assembly more difficult since I'm not very handy. pictured instructions would have made this much easier.
pros: all frustrations went away after first ride. absolute beast in the mountains and there hasn't been one hill that I haven't been able to conquer. all in all this bike awesome and has exceeded my expectations in every way!

Rack for the rear deck is multi-functional. I've used to take grandkids to the park (and just to ride around), grocery shopping (holds a large tub), and strap on golf clubs and push cart. Love it!

Love this bike! It’s well made, easy to assemble, and delivers as promised. I’m 6’5” and 255 lbs so I ordered the large frame and the extra battery capacity. The bike is a perfect fit and has exceeded my expectations. Assembly was simple and short and I’ve had several fun rides around my neighborhood and on local trails. I waited a few weeks to write my review to be sure it held up on more demanding rides. I’ve now ridden a couple hundred miles, mostly on beach sand in the OBX. The bike has taken several surf splashes, lots of terrain change, and a range of weather. For about the first 100 miles, I set the bike to level 1 or 2 assist so that it was mostly my power, supplemented for takeoffs and tough spots. The bike did it all on a single charge. I’ve since had rides where battery and motor are called on for 45 minutes at a time at higher speeds with greater assist, and the power is great. I recharge nightly, so haven’t tested capacity beyond that. If what I’ve had is all there is, and it holds up, I’d still highly recommend!

All Terrain Ultra HT
I purchased the bike after a lot or research and it seemed like it was similar to more expensive E bikes with similar components. It took a a month and a half to get the bike after preorder. Customer service did keep me informed and it shipped quickly after they received the bike from China. Yes they are made in China as are most of the other brands. It took about 1 hour to slowly assemble. To my surprise the bike worked perfectly . So far I’m very pleased with it, although I had to use a YouTube video on the Bafang dpc 18 electronic controller, to learn how to reset the odometer and set timers and put the bike in miles instead of metric. My only complaint so far is the bike had no instructions on build or operation. But a little research and I found everything online. I live in the mountains of Colorado and I can tell you this bike can climb when needed. It’s performs better than expected. I’ve only logged 50 miles so far but as a 60 year old I feel like a kid again waiting to venture off on the bike.

A great bike; it is located out of the country, so I haven't ridden it in over a year. It handles the cobblestone streets of San Miguel de Allende, MX well. It also makes traversing the steep inclines possible! I highly recommend!

Haven’t installed it yet, it is for a bike I have in Mexico. Hopefully in a month, I be able to give a fair assessment. It was delivered promptly, and the staff was helpful in making sure I ordered the correct size, since I am transporting this out of the country for install.

Replacement Frame- Warranty
My All Terrain HT Max frame cracked on a single track ride on a Sunday. I emailed M2S when I got home. They contacted me first thing Monday morning and immediately shipped me out a new frame that I received on Thursday. M2S absolutely does the right thing and stands by their products. I highly recommend M2S!

All Terrain R750 HT
First ebike, and found it to be an excellent purchase after 2 months reviewing bikes. I have been riding Vermont dirt and logging type roads while putting on 100 miles so far.The stability of this HEAVY bike is above average,Even coming down steep logging roads, the bikes 4” tires hold very well, as well as the brakes and gearing. Most bikes in this price range offer low end components. Not here! The 16 ahr battery is adequate but should have got the 21amp/hr for security on the longer rides. I find that I get two rides out of a charge and average ride is 12 miles. It is Vermont, and it is rough. And mountainous. I do wish it had the capability of a higher torque rating for those hills. 120 nm would be nice, but this way I do get a better workout!
I would recommend a BUY!

Overall this is a great bike. Full suspension is great and it has lots of power. I would recommend the bigger 21ah battery for that extra longevity. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the battery came with a big scratch on it when it arrived, I think it could have been packaged better.
