Great quality and easy to set up. Burly and strong and can handle tough urban commutes as well as woodsy rides. Suspension and tires can handle quite a bit of hard riding and the battery seems endless. Nice little interface keeps all the data in an easy to read format. Ryan, Sean and the team are great and super supportive, easy to reach and human. Life is good.

Wheel bearing's did not rotate smoothly, purchased a different set from another company.

The bike has been fun to ride and has plenty of power. The fenders suck and are extremely noisy and the cheap mount for the front light is worthless ... you can’t tighten it up without it moving and when you try the bolt pushed through the mount so had to take it off.. everything else seems to be ok... the emails I sent and the appointment I made to discuss the bike prior to purchasing went unanswered... for that reason my second bike may come from elsewhere. I’m gonna say just a average product with below average response to customers

The website was misleading and I got the wrong bike . I'm going to have to eat $700 in shipping to get the correct bike . Can't say that makes me happy . They do make great bikes .

All Terrain R750 HT awesome bike its fast, if you change the top speed setting it will get you going 30 MPH. I got the 21ah battery and I highly recommend getting that option, with peddle assist on 9 and using full throttle A LOT I went 24 miles and still had around 30-40% battery left. I Would recommend buying this bike if your thinking about it.

So far this has been a nice bike, it appears to be well made and the assembly was very simple. The shipping was very fast and the carrier service was informative and let me know when it was expected to be delivered.

Hands down, this is the best eBike for the money. Do your research... I bet you won't find a better quality bike for this price.
I absolutely love the comfort, speed and overall performance. I am a big boy 6'4" 325lbs. The XL fits me perfectly and has no problem tugging my butt up the hill.
The only problem that I have with it is keeping my 15 year old son off it!

I am really excited and happy with my extra battery. I am now able to go on rides without having to worry about loosing power. I can average 30 miles with my 16 amp hour battery and another 43 miles with my 21 amp hours battery. I am usually on dirt roads ad motocross conditions with uphills as well. Some sand riding and along the bluffs. I would say advanced off road riding for sure. I strap the extra battery in a pack to the rack and hardly know it is there. Expensive, but well worth the investment for the longer rides!

I thought this bike is great especially on the road, it really gets going. I took it out on some trails to test it pretty good. I have to say I think if you stick to easy trail system this would be great. I took it down a more moderate and had trouble on certain hills,(Im also pushing the weight limit). All in all glad I got it it is a lot of fun any one I let on this thing starts talking about getting one..

The bike is great so long as you understand its limitations. The term all-terrain is going to mean a lot of different things to different people. To me all-terrain means riding the bike on steep rocky double track. Not even close to what I would ride a real mountain bike on. But when pushed too far the motor will stutter, and the bike will lose power. In many cases I found myself opting to push the bike over the rockiest sections. I was not trying to have the bike carry me up said rocky sections, I was really trying to put the “assist” in pedal assist and pedal hard. Having said all that, the bike is an absolute hoot in the right conditions. It floats over sand, and if the surface is not rocky it will carry you far. I believe the bike is a very good value for the price. The fit and finish was quite nice for the price. It would be nice to see M2S offer some options for the bike. I will be adding a dropper post for instance. The rear rack is nicely designed and a very nice piece of kit. The omission of a chain stay guard is a glaring miss. It’s a cheap add on to be sure but one that should have been included, and having overlooked it immediately put large chips in the paint on the said chain stay. Not sure if I would buy the fat bike if I had to do it over again. I did not notice in time that the sport model is equipped very similarly. I feel like that would have been a much more versatile choice. 3.0 tires for off-road, and slicks for time in San Francisco and such. If M2S offers that bike in a small model we will purchase one for my wife. Not sure why everything is offered in only medium and up. I am really on the fence about what star rating to give this bike. There is just not one all encompassing reading that fits. I had wanted it to carry me to remote trail heads at the end of four-wheel-drive roads, but that is just not going to happen. I am having a fantastic time on the bike though so once again if you have reasonable expectations for it it is a very fun ride.

Could use more gearing and I wish I would have gotten a bigger battery power. It is a well made bike really have been enjoying it, makes me feel like a kid again.

Its my first E-bike and I am very happy. It has done everything as discribed and am very happy with the bike. I plan on using it for hunting, in areas where would have taken me hours to reach on foot. Very excited to put it the test.
