We just got our bikes and put them together in about 2 hours. I think it would help to send along a 1-2 page instruction sheet, as at first, it is a bit confusing, and we ended up putting the front tire on backwards, as the front light was on backwards-just a small weird glitch. If you are a bike mechanic person, this would be a breeze! It was a good exercise though, and we are excited to learn more about bikes in general! Battery charged up just fine and the display panel seems good. All in all, a great experience. We are excited to get some good weather and start riding! Shawn

I am very pleased with the bike and the customer service. At first I was concerned I purchased the wrong size, but customer service responded to me immediately and helped me through the process. The size is perfect. I am 5’6 and purchased a medium. I have ridden 45 miles in the first week I got it and it has been wonderful. The bike is heavy, and I was concerned if I would be able to get it in and out of my house ok and I can. I will be riding the bike to work, and the larger size of the tires make it easier to ride over loose gravel. I am very pleased with the bike and the customer service. I highly recommend this bike!

What a great bike! I purchased two bikes and upgraded the batteries to the 21 amp. The company only had one of the batteries in stock so they sent me what they had and when the bigger battery came in they sent the new one and I sent the old battery at no cost to me! Now that's customer service!!!!

RSO Fly Fishing Kit / 5 Weight
The RSO TR5 package came with everything I needed to get me started fly fishing for trout. The 9 foot 5 weight rod is perfect for the browns and brookies I'm looking for in Northern Michigan. The rod action is amazing, and makes even the smallest trout exciting to catch. The fly line, tapered leaders, and extra tippet were great to get in the package as a beginner, taking all the guess work out. The reel is nice, as is the metal rod tube (that thing is indestructible). Very happy with my purchase.

Great bike. Only negative is ground clearance is little low, but not a huge problem. Motor has lots of tourqe and is extremely quiet.
